Rob and his team were kind and professional from the very beginning. Not only did they give us the best price with multiple quotes, they also installed a fantastic product. Although there was initially an issue with the way our glass was cut that delayed our installation to correct the issue and were upfront and honest with the slight discrepancy, they just wanted to ensure the best product was being installed which I very much appreciate. It’s hard to find companies these days that don’t cut corners but these guys are legit. They were also very flexible in their installation schedule. We are beyond happy with our new shower glass and I would highly recommend them if you are considering redoing your shower glass.

This is the second time I have used Rob Young and his team. This time was to remove a glass panel I had them install eighteen months ago and replace it with a door. I wouldve given them a five star rating but, sadly, the finish of the job left something to be desired. The installer left a nasty residue of silicone sealant that had previously been used to secure the panel to the tiles. With the door now installed this makes it difficult to get behind it and remove it. I expected more, given the price I paid for this. Additionally, the tiles are (predominantly) grey: to fill in the perviously drilled anchor holes, they used a cream filler. Its noticeable. Meh ...

I needed 2 pieces of glass for a window in the church I pastor in Orlando. When I walked into the Longwood store I was greeted by Rob Young. The window panes I needed were for a 1948 vintage window and he knew exactly what it was and said he would cut them while I waited but I couldn’t. The next day they were ready as promised at a price I though was way more than reasonable. I am looking forward to doing business with them again.

It has been 2 months, and We are SO happy with our glass shower doors. We have a 3-piece over sized shower with a hinged door. Every part of the process was smooth. We used the website to submit photos of our bathroom, had a phone call to schedule walk through and collect measurements. 6 weeks later it was all installed. pricing was fair and on par with online retailers. I simply wanted to give a shout out to Rob Young and his company. My wife & I were trying to replace a small piece of broken glass from an outdoor light fixture. Rob provided a replacement piece from scrap he had in his shop and did not charge us for it, which was a surprise. Weve done business with his company before and always felt we were treated well. It is actions like this that will keep us always coming back to him when we have glass needs.

The company was extremely helpful from timely estimates, on-time committed scheduling and quality of the finished work in our two bathrooms. The quote was fair and the estimator took longer that other contractors to do a complete and accurate measurement of the requirements for each bathroom. Once the glass and frames were delivered that were very professional in scheduling the appointment and after the work was completed they did a very thorough job of cleaning the area so I did not have to deal with that issue.

Rick really helped me out. I had a late request from Disney Cruise Lines to produce a custon glass sign for the DIsney Wonder cruise ship. Rick had the glass custom cut and delivered to me in a week. I sandblasted and glue chipped the glass, then Rick picked it up and had the glass heat tempered. He had it back to us in under a week. Great service!!!!

This is the second time I came to them for help. I had the pleasure of meeting Justin who greeted me with a warm smile that set me at ease at once. WE ARE REALLY DISAPPOINTED:* We paid the deposit a month ago,* Took them one week to send the person to take the measurements,* Last weeknthey told me for this week was in schedule the installation,* Yesterday they told me, they are not sure when will me because they dont have the person in charge to install.They should be more responsable. I know sometimes situations show up, but 1 month is to much!!I hope for sure this coming week they install the glass...and do a great and quality job.More updates coming next wee!!

I looked at 6 other companies in Orlando, these guys were the best price. The next thing you look for is quality. Now, I only had my enclosures installed this week and we will not be moving into the house for a few months, but they look and feel amazing. Finally, you look for professionalism. Rick and Rob were great in the office. Made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions honestly, and thoroughly. The dates they told me the enclosures were coming, they arrived and were promptly installed. Some of my showers were basic and straightforward. Others were not typical design and need more attention. I called The Tile & Glass Depot yesterday in search of a piece of mirrored glass to place in a standard picture frame. Justin told me while they didn’t typically carry that, he would be glad to help me. You should know I had been trying to find someone who could help me with this for weeks, checking craft stores, the Internet, hardware stores, etc. Justin was the only person who said he could help. Several years ago I had a custom glass top made for our coffee table. It was no easy task..it was 46 inches in diameter and was scalloped. Glass Depot did a excellent job. This is my experience and my review of association with this company. They installed our glass shower December 2017. On April 8, 2019 the glass just shattered. My husband was in the family room and he heard the glass just break. On that same day we called them and sent pictures of the shower section. We figured we would just go back to the company that installed it and get it fixed, it would save us time. Boy was we wrong. They came out and did measurements and told us it would be 7-10 business days. We thought the guy was going to clean up the glass but he told us that wasnt his job and that we needed to call the office to get it done. We called the office and they told us that they couldnt send someone to clean up the glass they would have to charge us. He said it would be cleaned up when they installed the replacement glass. So we waited 2 1/2 weeks and called and was informed that they did the measurement wrong and had to come back out and remeasure. I was annoyed because had we not called them they never would have called us. I was told by the owner that for the inconvenience they would refund me back $50. I then inquired if someone could at least come and clean the glass up since it was their fault that we didnt have our replacement glass. He still said it would be an additional charge. They came back out to remeasure on 4/26/19. The guy that came out told my husband that someone was coming that next day (Saturday) to clean up the glass. Well no one came as I suspected. I called on today (5/10/19) 2 weeks later to find out about the door and was told that someone would have to call me back. I am really getting tired of the lies, the runaround and delay.On 5/10/19 they called me back and informed me that they received the glass yesterday and there was a chip in the glass and they returned it for repair. She said they would get it back Monday and she would call me. I asked her how could it take 7-10 days to make a glass but now only 1 day to replace the glass. She told me she informed them this is a rush. It should have been a rush when they took the wrong measurements and made us wait an additional 3 weeks.They were supposed to call me back on Monday 5/13. After not hearing from them my husband called very upset to inquire about the glass. They informed him that the glass came in and someone would be out today to install. They called at 8:05am this morning that they had the glass and would be at the house in 30 minutes. They arrived, cleaned the broken glass up but yet again they say the glass wont fit the measurements are wrong. I believe they lied to us and was just trying to appease my angry husband by sending someone out. This will be the third time that someone will have to measure. Mind you this is not a whole shower enclosure just one panel and its 6 weeks and still has not been repaired.they repaired the glass door finally!

If it wasnt for the installers Id say this company deserves a zero. I try to support local businesses but in cases like this I regret ever doing it. Horrible experience with horrible customer service. They are nice on the phone but cannot come through on promises. I gave them a down payment on February 8th and it took over 30 days now.The guy that came to do measurements was late because they forgot they had me on the schedule. Then he told me hed be over to the job and said hed apply a sealant on the glass. He never showed up. The glass they ordered was wrong so they installed only half of the shower. They said they’d come out the following Saturday and they did not. It would have been nice to know this on Friday! So then I took another day off of work and TWO people said Id be taken care of. By taking care of me Id get $75 dollars off of close to $1500. Gee thanks. But that was also a lie. I see a lot of the reviews are praising the showroom. Thats like me going into the Audi dealership and giving them 5 stars because they have such beautiful cars. Stay away from these people.

Came in to buy a back splash. The staff was rude and to busy to help because it was almost closing time We were forced to go to a big box store to get good service. I believe in giving my business to small family owned businesses. Unfortunately these people lost my business for good. I would not recommend the glass Depot to anyone.

Had to repair a single pane on one of my home windows. 50 x 8.25 Most local window repair men wanted $125-$175 to do the repair. (Estimates were over the phone, it probably would have been more once they got there.)Watched some online videos, and its actually pretty simple to repair most windows yourself. Especially if there are snap glazings.Went here and bought the glass for way less and did the repair myself for under $35. Gave them my measurements, it was ordered in 2 days as promised, and fit like a glove.Would highly recommend going here for any glass replacement needs. Great service, and quality. Very happy about my decision to do it myself, and choosing these guys to help me get the material I needed at a small fraction of the cost to pay someone to come fix it.

Recently bought a house and I am dealing with an extremely leaking frameless door. I have been to many shower stores with no solution. Rick helped me out and gave me a cheaper solution to my issue to try first in hopes of not needing to replace the whole shower door. As a former bathroom shower enclosure customer, Glass Depot provided glass repair for me at no charge ONLY because I shared my great shower enclosure purchasing experience. Its highly unlikely that a big chain store would consider similar service. I highly recommend this store!

The PLACE for glass or tile. I needed new glass for a picture frame and this pleasant man that waited on me at 4:45 pm said, come back tomorrow and I will have it for you. I left the frame. I returned the next afternoon to pick it up. When this handsome young man handed me the new glass and frame said, no charge. I explained I expected to pay. He replied again, no charge. If you are in need for glass or tile this is the place. They have a big selection and beautiful display area.

We would never go to any other glass and tile company. Weve used them for a variety of items, including our beautiful glass shower doors. The office personnel is great and the installers are very capable and professional. We continue to be return customers due to their great customer service.

We had a great experience getting a glass shower door designed during our bathroom remodel. We absolutely love it. Great company and Paul was very professional and did a beautiful job installing it.

I broke a sliding window in my living room, and after searching several possible places to get it fixed on a Saturday, I stopped into glass depot to see if they could fix it. They were very friendly and informed me that they didnt do glass on saturdays.They, feeling sorry for my situation, said they could cut the glass for me if I could put the glass in the frame myself. I was so thankful that they made that exception for me. When I got home my wife and I proceeded to screw up the project, and crack the glass. I brought the window and frame back to leave it for the weekend. When they saw me come in they said; Oh no, dont tell us! I said; yes I screwed up! They said; come back in a couple of hours,We will fix it!These people had the best customer service I have ever seen. They also had empathy, even though it was a Saturday, and they were very busy in the store with some remodeling. A definite 5 star business!

My wife and I looked several places before deciding to buy tile and a shower door for our renovated shower. The people were professional, the store was bright and had a very good selection. The prices were lower than comparable stores. Our overall experience was very good and we recommend Tile & Glass Depot to everyone we know considering a renovation.

The installers telling me they would be there at 9:00am and arriving exactly at 9:00. Stop looking anywhere else! They are true professionals and there prices are the best in town! Wow, is all I can say, there are still good people in the world. I walked into Tile & Glass depot just for a piece of glass, totally unrelated to anything they do there except for the glass. I was greeted by a beautiful young lady to whom I explained what I was looking for and she immediately got Rick, who not only was very helpful he cut the glass I needed at no charge. Seriously who does that anymore! The show room is very nicely done and the experience guaranteed that when were ready for our frameless shower doors sometime in the very near future, we know where well going. Thanks Rick and team!!

After two failed attempts with a major home improvement center to replace my old tub and shower doors I had the good fortune to be referred to Rick Martin at the Glass and Tile Depot. I saw him on a Thursday and my new doors were installed on Friday. Great products, Great staff and Great Service.

Thank you, Rob and Rick, for outstanding service! I had a glass top cut for my dining table and I didnt pay attention to the corners on the table when I ordered. I took the glass top home and then notice that the glass top has square corners, while the table has rounded corners! I called Rob, feeling like an idiot for not noticing the corners, and asked if it could be fixed. He not only made me feel so much better by saying this has happened before, but he graciously took the table back, rounded the corners, and didnt charge me a dime, although the process to correct wasnt cheap. Thats first class service! I have also used them to cut glass tops for all the bureaus, nightstand, coffee tables, and dining tables in my condo, and they did a beautiful job. Highly recommend!
