This is a nice shop. Super nice owner, knowledgeable, with great product, major brands and custom stuff. Perfectly clean atmosphere for instruments. All the usual accessories. He has several rooms there for lessons in various instruments: guitar, bass, piano, drums, etc. My son takes ukulele and loves his teacher.

My son takes guitar lessons here and I cant say enough great things about Rob. Hes just a super nice, helpful, thoughtful and honest guy. Even after moving from the area we still make the extra commute to take lessons here. Weve purchased a few instruments and lots of accessories here also and have gotten a great deal each time. Im barely an amateur player... more like a strum by the campfire now and again kind of player. But the folks here make me feel like their single most important customer every time I walk in the door. They always makes sure I know all the various angles on my options so my know-nothing-about-this-stuff brain can make an informed decision. I cant say enough good about this store. This is the way customer service used to be and its so nice to see that it is not dead.

Replaced strings of my daughters guitar. Did not tune at all. Poor communication. Was on the phone while checking me out and had difficulty asking / answering questions. Stated would clean up guitar that had been in storage but wasnt touched. Took several days to replace strings. Would not go here again. Poor service

Not only does he have a lot of great things, but if he doesn’t have something I have asked him to order it so I can buy it from him and he is always willing to help! Ive been doing business with Rob long before he opened his shop here in Longwood. Hes a good honest dude who you can trust to not try to sell you anything just for the sake of making a sale. Always good inventory and hes very knowledgeable about amps and instruments. Check it out.

I was just wasting time today and came across R+R Guitars. Rob (The Owner) greeted me with a handshake and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. He was very helpful, knew his stuff, and not pushy at all. Im not a Taylor guy, but R+Rs selection of Taylor guitars was the most I have seen in any store in Central Florida. If youre looking for a GS Mini, he has all of them. For real, I think he has all of Floridas stock in his store lol. Fair prices. Will definitely come back.

Learning to play the guitar was on my bucket list. I stumbled on this gem and was able to easily check off that item from my list. This shop has a very cool local business vibe with personal service that you can’t find with the larger companies. Rob, the owner, was extremely accommodating and welcoming. He helped me find the perfect guitar to begin my lessons at his shop which are AMAZING with Joel ! It’s something to look forward to each week. Just a few months into lessons and I’m enjoying the growth and outlet the music has given me. I’ve been trying out a few Taylor’s from the shop in search of the right fit for my next guitar. Purchased a Taylor acoustic here on my first visit. It was near closing time on a Saturday, but Rob, the owner, happily stayed after to make sure I was taken care of. Hes helpful, honest, friendly, and obviously passionate about helping people find the right instrument. The shop is nice and clean, the location is great for anybody in Seminole County, and the service is personal and genuine. Highly recommended!

It was a great experience from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out with my brand new Seagull guitar. Moved here not too long ago from Portland, Oregon - I own several guitars and Rob has done all my restrings and will do any work that may be needed down the road. He is great to work with - beautiful shop and he knows guitars! If I want to buy another guitar this is where Ill go.

He didnt try to sell me a better guitar or accessories, but just wanted to share his passion and knowledge with me.
