The suppressor is a great value $199, I have 4 other 30 cal cans and I prefer the direct screw on, I run the PoBoy with 190grn subsonic ammo and it is wicked quiet .It is a little heavier, Who cares, I am not walking a trail with it, At least not This week, lol The 12ga Firearm is a blast and had very little break in, Never want to hear the term break around my firearms. Paid them $16,110.00 for 5 months never sent my company the items. Every time we asked them, they said it will be shipped out tomorrow. 5 months later they still didnt send my order. I asked for a refund. They said they will refund me the next but the they never refund it. what a scam. I am going to file a lawsuit soon

I have just spent an hr trying to find this place. And they dont have a phone that can be answered. Called multiple times (hoping it was just a timed answering machine) but it rings and someone says they are helping customers (which they are not, just dont want to field phone calls so they tell you to email. Needless to say I quit trying to find this invisible gun shop thats supposedly located at 1335 Bennett.... But it doesnt say what suit and there are a whole lot of suits to look at just to find out theres no sign for Blacl Aces Tactical. And none of the neighbors know or have heard of it.

Black Aces provide interesting shotguns that I feel hit the mark. The Pro Series M allowed me to utilize my current Siga mag collection for 3 Gun. I have found it to be reliable using the 20 round Promag drums and they handle most stages. Im always checking their website to see the new things they release.

I received my po boy 30 and put this thing to good use instantly. I used it on my ruger Hawkeye 300 win mag for probably 240 rounds so far. I noticed a slight gain in muzzle velocity on the chronograph after installing it with no affect on accuracy. She’s a little heavier than most suppressors but this things built like a tank. Also the sound suppression is very impressive. For 200 dollars this suppressor is well worth it and is underpriced in my eyes. I’m very impressed with this product and will probably purchase the po boy 556 for my ar 15s.

Great folks to work with and YouTube videos on my shotgun have been very helpful. My shockwave style semi auto shotgun has digested every type of 12 gauge shell I could feed it. Once it got broke in on some good 00 and slug loads, I cleaned it and it shoots as fast as I can pull the trigger. Great home defense gun and fun to just take out and practice on the targets too! I even picked up the pistol grip and collapsible stock for when I want to change the configuration around. Black Aces has lots of options for your tactical shotgun needs. And no, nobody is paying me to say these things. Just good tactical equipment.

Had an issue where I couldnt pick up the shotguns I ordered. Sadly due to covid lots of confusion and disarray. After speaking directly with the owner, Eric. He resolved the issue immediately. So frustrating!!!!! I ordered a accessory online. Within 30 seconds of ordering it I sent an email cancelling the order. Followed up the next morning with a phone call. They said NO REFUNDS as “indicated on the site”This is not easily seen. They say nothing of that on the page you order the product from, the billing page or confirmation email. It’s in a drop down setting on there page next to facts/info.I am a successful business owner. Act like a human being and do the right thing. Gonna file a complaint with BBB (they have had 22 this year)

I personally picked up their Pro-Series Max. I gotta say, you get a really nice product for the price. My only advice? Take the stock off and lock-tight the bolt holding the stock on, it comes loose after about 50 slugs. Works great and Ive yet to have any problems running #7 shot through slugs.

90 days since I received my email will billing confirmation but nothing since. Ive called and emailed but nothing gets through.Update:6 months and still nothing. Paid for products that I never received. Cant get a response from email and no number to call.Just refund my damn money.

I give them 5 stars because I love the products I got from them and so does everyone else. I have had a very good experience with customer service. Some people say they dont have the best luck. I guess I got lucky. I am sad that they stopped selling directly to the customer but it was a business move and its what they had to do.

Level of professionalism is Zero. But besides that the Pro Series S is a fun looking novelty item, but Id be terrified if this firearm was the only thing I had in a Home Defense situation.

I’m simply relieved to get a notification at this point. Thank you Ron!July 13th my order was placed showing the product was in stock. I never received an email confirmation that my order was processed other than seeing a charge on my credit card the next day. 45 days into this with many emails sent and phone calls deflected to voice mail, I have yet to get a single update on my order. Just plain frustrating. What concerns me most are the Tweeter posts regarding monetary withholding. Makes me wonder if these guys are in financial trouble. Guess time will tell...

Total junk. I picked up one of the tactical semiauto with 10 barrel at a local shop today, took it home, tried several types of rounds, not one would eject or cycle. The gun wouldnt even cycle at all without brute force. Took it apart, and discovered the rods on the feed were both bent, causing a bind on the tube. This company uses substandard steel, and absolutely zero quality control. I dont think they even function check their products. I returned the damn thing, and im out $40 in taxes.

This has been my worst customer service experience. I ordered a fire arm from them over three weeks ago that showed to be in stock. No word after a few phone calls and several email. I called today and was told that they are completely out of stock and have no idea when they will be in. I explained that I ordered from them because every other website I saw the gun on showed to be out of stock but they didnt. Every other web site had a huge banner stating there would be delays due to back orders. I asked the rep and he stated that I should have read the FAQ? I asked for a cancellation and a full refund and the customer service rep. states that he will have to talk to the owner because they normally hold 50% on all orders. I asked if I will get a confirmation and his reply was if you see the refund on your credit card, that means he said yes. I almost never write reviews much less bad ones but this company should think about trying to improve their customer service. Buyer beware!

Received my wood/ silver lever action 12 gauge shotgun in 5 days after placing my order. Aren’t many lever action 12 gauge shotguns out there and this is a solid beautiful looking shotgun in my opinion. Easy lever action and shoots perfectly. I’m curious as why it did not come with a users manual which would include disassembly and cleaning among other important information. You guys have one ?

They had me send in the part so they can exchange it. The item got delivered back to the company on 07/01/2020. Gave them a week before contacting to process everything. A week has passed and when I call the numbers they go straight to voice mail now. Ok fine emailed Tim a week later he replies asking what is the correct part gave him all the j formation needed for the correct part. It is now 08/06/2020 still no reply and now they have the item back and my money at this point. I would just want a refund but if they are ignoring my emails and I can’t get through to the company through phone call to do anything.I ordered an item from this company and it wasn’t the right size for my Mossberg. Emailed the company and got a quick response the first time. They wanted a picture of the item next to the Mossberg to see it didn’t fit. Okay simple enough so took the kick and sent it off. No response for a couple of days so I made a phone call. I just wanted to replace the item that’s all no refund no money back just the right size. They said they couldn’t except anything bc if Covid-19 ok cool but when all this dies down can I send it in for replacement? They couldn’t give me an answer they dint know. Two months later email back about what’s going on and no replies they just ignoring my emails now. They don’t even try to help out their customers they just want your money and that’s it!!! I ordered a Bull Pup on April 10. The website stated that it would take 5 to 7 business days and the weapon was not listed Out of Stock.After 2 weeks I didnt receive any notification that my weapon was even shipped even though they had my money on the 10th and that they had my local FLL information.I sent an email asking for an update and received a generic response about Covid 19 slowing down the process by the extra orders they were getting. The CEO Eric L. also wrote me and after going back and forth a few times stated that my weapon would be shipped and I would have it by 21 days.After 21 days I still havent received any confirmation on shipping for my weapon.I called today and got the run-around from the salesman Tim. He stated that they are shipping daily but he couldnt even guarantee that mine would be shipped today even though I have been waiting for 21 days and was told by the CEO that I would have it this week.Obviously 1 sale to a female Army Veteran isnt as important as bulk sales to dealers.

All the negative reviews have to deal with shipping and customer service amidst a global pandemic and subsequent civil rights movement... I bought a tactical shotgun from a dealer and have no issues. The negativity seems to stem from people not understanding supply and demand.
