Wasted 45 minutes of my lunch time to drive to this location to mail a package. Get there, lights on, door locked. No sign saying “be right back” or anything. Well within store hours. Stood there and knocked for 5 minutes, thinking maybe they were in the back, no luck. Had to drive 20 minutes in the opposite direction from where I needed to be to another ups store. Guess I will stick with my trusty tuscawilla & 434 location from now on.

Second time standing around waiting for them to open doors at 8:30a.m. this is a huge inconvenience. Why are your hours 8:30 a.m. on a weekday if you can’t get here by then? C’mon lets get to work on time folks.

Outstanding service, this was the best experience I have ever had with a business. The GM went out of his way to assist me with a lost item. He picked it up and packaged it with care. He quickly ship it, recommended the best way to ship and I had the package in just a few days.This give me hope for all businesses, this being a Franchise giving you small business service of a old fashioned mom and pop business.

Legitimately, I had a package return after a week of no notice because they broke something... but today... I go to JUST get boxes because I dont want them to ship anything for me... the woman inside, mind you its 53 degrees outside... See me outside of office, looks out the door and just proceeds to do what she was doing instead of checking to see if the door was locked or if there was trouble getting in! NEVER AGAIN!

Sunday at 3:50 pm is suppose to be open and is closed nobody there and this place look like nobody work there

Dominique was incredibly helpful and I cant tell you how much I appreciate high quality employees. They seem like a rare gem these days. In the past UPS hasnt been my favorite but my experience at this location was awesome! Thank you so much!

Arrived at the store 15m before closing to drop off a few packages. The security fence was down and door locked so I knocked on the door. A guy in the back stepped out, saw me, turned away and a minute later turned off the lights. Ive never been to a store that didnt want to be open to customers, especially during a pandemic when everyones struggling. Hugely disappointed.
