I haven’t written many business reviews in my lifetime, but after having my lawnmower serviced at West Side Tractor and Marine I felt obligated to express just how impressed I was with this establishment. I was initially referred by another repair center that didn’t work on John Deere mowers. The owner, Drew, did a walk around inspection on my mower after I told him about having problems with the belt slipping, and I decided to have him take a look at the mower overall which I had recently purchased used. I had heard horror stories in the past from friends about other mower repair places charging outrageous prices but Drew‘s initial estimate seemed very reasonable and after the work was done I felt like he had really pampered the mower as though it were his own. He brought all the deferred maintenance up-to-date and gave me advice about how to take care of it in the future. The repair bill was so fair I have decided not to try to work on the mower in the future myself but to leave the service to Drew. I can recommend this business without hesitation!
