Ive been ordering flowers here for 26 years, many from Florida. Ive never been disappointed in the flowers or the service. Getting ready to order some more?

The only florist that my Mom approves of. We have been calling in delivery orders from Maryland the past 5 years, and have never been disappointed

I sent my sister a bouquet for her birthday and she sent me the picture of what was delivered. I was so embarrassed! The bouquet was wilted and thrown together carelessly. They literally looked like they were picked from the roadside and left without water. I called Puskas to tell them and the lady was very rude and said it was a “mistake” - how do you arrange wilted flowers for delivery by mistake? Save your money and order from another florist!

Im getting married in September and I just went in to pay off the rest of what I owe. The lady that checked me out seemed so annoyed that I was there.. I walked in and told the lady I was there to pay off the rest of what I owe for the venue. She looks through folders and tells me she cant find it. She asked me about my flowers and I told her I never ordered any. Then she finally finds my folder and says YOU told me you were paying off your flowers anyways, she puts the folder down and asks me questions. I ask her if she has a paper explaining things about the venue. She tells me I shouldve gotten it when I signed the contract. I tell her I didnt and she accused me of lying. Saying you had to because you signed it maybe the first lady I talked to didnt give it to me or maybe I did get it and dont remember. But I work customer service and I wouldve gladly given someone who was paying us 500 dollars a piece of paper with a smile on my face. She made everything hard. She gave me the paper with an attitude. It really sucks cause the first lady I had was so nice. I hate to give a bad review but that lady needs to work on customer service skills. She was insanely rude. When I asked questions about the venue she gave me snippy one word answers. Just overall rude

I have purchased my flowers and chocolate strawberries from Puskas for ten years. Valentines day, or a random flower arrangement, or mothers day. Some funerals. I have attended a wedding reception there and it was nice and warming. its a really nice locally owned business, would recommend to any one who ask.

Ive had Puskas provide floral services for me for some time; I recently bopped in last Saturday - unannounced - to ask if they would make 2 corsages & 1 boutonniere for my niece, nephews homecoming...never hesitated to accommodate & the arrangements were BEAUTIFUL!!! Cant say enough about how great they are!

The employees were helpful and courteous. The artistry of their work is stunning.

This place is absolutely horrible! An email was sent in of the flowers for my friends wedding, was informed it could be done. Got the flowers the day of the wedding and was absolutely devistated by how terrible they were and how upset the bride was. She paid a hefty price for flowers that were half real and half FAKE flowers! I have seen many weddings and have NEVER seen wedding flowers stuffed in a plastic stem with a styrophone ball! Not only did the bridesmaids flowers but the brides flowers kept falling out!!! So when it came to photos we had to make sure that all the flowers were in and the cheap plastic was covered up! Then there was the tossing bouquet...very very small and the stems were wrapped but couldnt wrap at least the brides bouquet!!! Very poorly but wrapped. So when a call was made to the company the woman handled herself very unprofessionally and had nothing but attitude and didnt care at all about how cheaply put together the flowers were. She refused to give any type of refund or anything. If there was an option for no star I would have clicked that.

My mother got her wedding flowers from here almost 25 years ago, so I figured it would be safe for me to do the same. Every time I think about the flowers I received I get upset and sick to my stomach. These were the cheapest and ugliest flowers I have ever seen. I could have received the same quality and look of flowers for about $400 dollars cheaper if I had just gone to Walmart. Upon arrival the flowers were already wilted. And then to my complete shock.. there were not even any stems! The flowers had been cut short and stuck in a Styrofoam ball attached to a ugly plastic stem. No amount of positioning was able to hide this in the photos. I was so embarrassed by how cheap and ugly the bouquets looked, during our photos I asked the photographer to please let me put them down and stop getting photos with the flowers in them! From the moment we picked the bouquets up, the flowers began falling out of the styrofoam ball. Not to mention the fake flowers that were glued into the bouquet! The throw away flowers for the bouquet toss looked better than the ones my bridesmaids and I received. After calling Puska Family flowers to voice my concern about how terrible the experience was, she made me feel like I was the bad person for complaining and made excuses for everything I brought up. Carla took accountability for nothing, and pushed all blame on me for the flowers looking the way they did. She DID offer to send me a wreath.. however that was 2 months ago and I still have not heard a word from her or received anything. I HIGHLY recommend completely avoiding this awful company. They are cheap, rude, and will rip you out of a lot of money. They are the biggest regret of my wedding day, and I unfortunately will never be able to forget how disappointing our flowers looked.

Watch out for the crazy lady delivery drive she pulled right out in front of me then flipped me off like I was in the wrong all while driving tbe company van
