Trash, everyone and everything here IS TRASH!Took 3 weeks to get something they said would take 2 days!!! And I still had to call everyday to make sure it got done! PATHETIC!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR ENERGY OR TIME! just google around so many better places with better prices and customer service.

Paid $2 walked around and grabbed my parts. I thought it was good. Prices decent. Has an old school feel to it as well.Another trip today 2/15 and it was good too.

Ordered a motor for my mustang, they had it ready a few days early which is nice so I have the weekend to install it. Don’t usually leave reviews but it was nice to have it done so quickly.

I contacted them after my transmission gave out on my van which is currently my only shelter they didnt point out trash the transmission they recommended was super clean while i dont recommend doing this i spent the night in their parking lot and they were very kind and understanding i couldnt afford to buy the transmission and replace the gaskets and oil i highly recommend this business the pricing and professionalism is outstanding

The name of the business contains the words, Auto Recycling. Recycling centers normally accept recyclable material. This one does not. They should just call it a Parts Store.

Came in recently to buy some parts for my car the staff was extremely rude, I dont normally take the time to write reviews of places. Im also able to tolerate some level of bad customer service, but I dont need to be badgered and disrespected by someone who just doesnt like their job. I would strongly recommend taking your business to another junk yard. You can probably get the same prices and better service somewhere else.

The reviews are true. I called and the first thing they did was place me on hold without saying hello or asking me what my questions is. After waiting for several minutes I hung up and called the same number again and someone answered the phone and answered my question in one second. If they would have done that in the first place this wouldnt have been an issue.

This review is from M&K Auto Repair, Inc Manager. I ordered a used door on 14 August with a guy name German. He promised to deliver it on Friday, 24 August. I contacted the company on Friday afternoon, German said Its suppose to come from a different yard and the delivery driver forgot to pick it up but I will definitely deliver it on Monday, 20th August. On Monday morning I gave him a call to conform the delivery, German said the delivery driver will deliver the part around 12:00 PM. The time now is 5:00 PM, and I have spoken to at least 4 different people since 1:00 PM and each of them, including the manager ask me again for the vehicle information to locate the part. Long story short, the manager is saying there was no order made for this vehicle. No disrespect to management or employees but this is not how you do business. Thanks for your time.

Ordered a Headlight Assembly for a 06 Range Rover. I called them up because it was the wrong part for the vehicle and They refused to picked up, even thought it was their fault of getting the wrong part to me, and it was within the 30 Days of pick up. Horrible customer service!I will never buy a part from them ever again, and I will make sure to do everything in my power to cost them more business from every avenue possible!

Horrible service I do not recommend this company to anyone and will never conduct business with the them again.. I was told the product would arrive 2-3 days after being order it never arrived. Then was told it would be delivered another 2 days after that and still nothing. This is not how business is done. Horrible company

Dont go there if youre a female, they will rip you off if you dont know any better (which Im assuming they think that no woman does). Tried selling me a used wheel for more than twice the cost of a brand new one online. No thanks.

Kenny was awesome. Called on a Saturday looking for a FRM (footwell module) for a E90 BMW. Since there are hundreds of part number supersessions and multiple options I was happy that he took the time to answer all of my questions to make certain I got the correct part I needed and at a great price. He reached out on Monday like he said he would to inform me they found the part and it should be at their location on Wednesday.Sure enough, called me on Wednesday letting me know it was in. Had my customer pick up the part, we installed it, coded it to his vehicle, and everything works flawlessly!Thank you again Kenny!

I got the right part one and the second time it wasnt good the part went i call and told them the part wasnt good the guy who sold me the part he get angry and told me let me get you a replace after a week he get me the replacement but he give me a wrong part went i come back and told him the part you give is not right he told me to explain why them he start told me why didnt you get this or that the mechanic told me the part they give me is from other year of the car and is not working because of that my point is they dont care for the ones who go for replace part is beam 2 weeks and i havent get my part my car is parking cuz they havent get the part went i call they yes told me iscoming today we call you but they call you after you keep calling they .. people dont go there for parts of you vehicle go somewhere where they going to appreciate you get there . This junk yard need to have people on the front who like the job they have a lot of issues with the customer service check the other coment from people how have different problems with the costumer service i give them a bid 0 don go at this junkyard..

Pretty organized, for a junkyard. I was able to find what I was looking for, without having to put myself in any sort of mortal Peril to get to the car.

I called them around 2:15 on a Saturday afternoon, and was told that I could come by and look for the part I needed. Having this being my first time, my husband and I got our 2 year old granddaughter and head over there. We get there around 2:30 only to be told that we could not do anything because they were closed. When I mentioned that I had just called and was told to come by. The man on the far end of the counter told me that he didn’t know why I was told to come by, when it could’ve only been him or the other guy closest to the door that answered the phone and told me to come by. But, neither of them acknowledged that they told me to come by. I was so pissed that I hurriedly drove over there only to be told that I could not be serviced. Customer service needs improvement.

I waited in the car for my dad and he took more than a hour probably. And they did not even have the right thing that we needed when they have the biggest lot ever but dont even have what we are looking for.

I don’t know how they are still in the business?!I called them several times and every time they pick up the phone, mumble something and put me on the hold for 20 minutes and I have hang up the phone. If you don’t know how to run the business then don’t run.

Spanish dude in there was rude as f***. He doesnt help you find the car he just says its in the yard. When I checked to see if car was there no where to be found. Then he wouldnt go help me find it he just tells me its there, to look, hes ass needs to be fired foreal, real talk Horrible customer service.

Even with the new owner, they can’t figure out if they have a part. Waste of time by ordering the part that they never even had. go somewhere else to go buy your parts it’s a waste of time by far most the worst customer service ever. They call the customer the day that the customer supposed to receive the merchandise that they ordered.

Prices are too high for upick about 20 precent higher. But it is a neat empty lot. Not alot of selection. I think theyre still getting set up.
