Shady, the Store Manager, is a top-notch professional. He is committed to getting his customers the very best deal and extremely knowledgeable about what he sells. On Monday I took 2 friends there to upgrade their iPhone 5s to iPhone 12 Pro Max. He very patiently and methodically worked to consolidate their accounts into one, then find the best deal and then activate their phones, transferring all the data. The next day my sister went to upgrade her phone and had the same exact pleasant and positive experience. Shady is exactly the type of person you hope can guide you through the mysteries of Verizon. Other Verizon stores should use him to train their employees. A job very well done!!!

This location is a hidden gem. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely personable and saved us money by reviewing our plan. Caitlyn was the young lady who helped us. Caitlyn has only been with the store a month but she was very competent. Her coworkers are doing an excellent job of helping her learn the ropes.

I cant say thank you enough to Mohammad & Michael. Long story short enough to let anyone who needs not just a phone, accessories or fios service, customer service is number one period. That said, any Verizon Corporate store is not interested in questions you may have or helping you with a device issue. All they want to do at the corporate stores is cell phones. Please read my review on the Springfield Location and you will understand. Essentially I went in and after days of staying on top of the issues that were going on, Mohammad was in touch and honest and took the time to make sure I was going to be taken care of. I could have got a better rebate doing the new phone and watch online but they earned my business and will recommend them to anyone who needs to do anything with respect to Verizon. I spent a few thousand dollars I really wasnt planning on spending on a phone and a watch but got out of TMobile and felt that comfortable where Mohommand was not only honest,professional, but just all around extremely knowledgeable and upfront and got things done. They will have my business for life. Thanks Mohommad for the time you took to ensure that you now have a customer and referrals. Hands down if you need clarification on if they can do it, they can Mohommad is in my own opinion far to low in the industry as a manger for a single location and knows people, numbers, and creatively creates plans that he executes. He immediately stopped what he was doing, as soon as I walked in, and came to ask what brought me in.When I explained I was looking for a phone case, since my phone had fallen and gotten cracked, not only did he show me to the phone cases, he ALSO informed me how I could have the screen replaced.I received information on how to go about getting a screen replacement (if I chose to) and he showed me all the different phone cases available for my type of phone.He was helpful in his recommendations and even took the cases out of the boxes to show me before I made up my mind.Overall, I was very thrilled with my visit. I was in and out of there in no time.This isnt the first time Ive gone in and received great customer service, either.Definitely my go to Verizon store!

We went to this store because of the great reviews. Unfortunately, the manager, whom everyone seems to love, was not there. Instead we worked with a sales associate who had NO idea what he was doing. He called the manager about 8 times to get very basic information to help us. No one with so little experience should have been left in the store by himself.

Over the years, this Verizon Store has done remarkably well supplying us with iPhones - a real challenge given we are up there in years and not particularly IT savvy. But, today we upgraded our iPad and Store Manager Muhammad Faraz, with extraordinary technical skills, a calm professional manner, and the patience of a saint, talked me thru the tedious process of activating the new iPad. A major obstacle appeared when an email password could not be found to complete the data transfer, but Muhammad patiently stood by, reassuring us as we took time to secure a new password from Cox. This Store Manager is a distinct credit to the Russell Cellular management team and, therefore, he should be appropriately rewarded. It is service providers like Muhammad that keep us coming back to this Verizon Store.

I came to this store with questions about FIOS services because I was looking to upgrade. The store employees were very professional and helpful. They answered all of my questions and informed me of the different offers and the best options for me and my family. In my past experience, employees at these kinds of stores are either uninterested or too pushy, but these guys were neither.
