Came here to get rocks for my lawn and there was a rude man named Jose who was rude didn’t want to help me and he was just not a friendly person. Whoever is in charge needs to train him better and speaking to his customers because you will loose customers with him being there. Good luck don’t talk to JOSE

This is the only known stone place in the area. Before you start your project, make sure they have what you like in stock, otherwise, you may have to settle with 2nd/3rd best. They had a very limited stock.

We were quoted a delivery time of between 1 and 3. When I returned to my cell phone at 1230, I discovered two voicemails at 1030 at 1053 from the driver wondering where to drop the rock.Then I arrived at home (before 1) to discover that they had completely blocked my wifes car in the driveway. In what universe did this seem like the correct course of action?

What an awesome, easy experience ! Teresa, the owner could not have been nicer, spent time helping me pick out the pallets of fieldstone I wanted for our garden wall and was very patient with me. Bonus, they were able to deliver the 4 pallets purchased the same day a couple hours after I purchased it!! Glad to support a family run business thats been here forever, being natives ourselves!! We will be back! They have a huge selection too! Thank YOU!!

They overcharged on my 3 blue 18x24 flagstone steps $70 now, before is was $20 back 6 years ago.

First time to this place to get some flagstones for my pond. The wait time is long, but totally understandable due to social distancing. Customer service was good in how to purchase stones with vehicle weighing. Selection was good compared to other garden centers. Will come back again for my stone needs. Highly recommended.

Both locations provide a high amount of service, knowledge, and professionalism. Very busy on Saturday morning and one of the managers still apologized for the delay in helping us.I went back another time and found out there is a whole other location for this same company about a mile south. Has almost as much available. Im going to be coming here for mulch next time I need it.

Rock Stone &Yard Inc do not listen to the customer and lie on their mistake. If you hire this company for delivery service. Be careful. Watch them out. If their dump truck hit something then they will try to get away with that without paying the destruction. Be careful when you wok with them.

This is a great place to get most any rock or stone youre looking for at a great price. I installed a rock garden in our side yard where nothing grows. I needed a ton of gravel (literally), and they had beautiful river rock for a tenth of the price of any nursery or home improvement center. And a better selection, too. The folks in the office were really friendly and very helpful - I would definitely recommend RSSY!

Great place, great prices, top quality bluestone pavers and lots of selection. I especially like hacking thru the odd lot stone section and usually find exactly what I need no matter what the hardscape project. Helpful courteous staff. Conveniently, you can buy sandbags here to package up your purchases. If youre looking for gravel dont forget to pack a shovel! Most of the building materials are bulk lots.

Best place in Northern Va to buy Shredded Mulch. Their truck was on time and the mulch was fresh and beautiful... I needed it dumped in 2 locations... no problem....the driver was great and courteous. Call RSSY today for all you landscaping products. Also they have a great design center show casing all their stone products.

Everyone is super helpful and very friendly! Plus, super sacks are the greatest invention since sliced bread! Also fair prices for materials and delivery.

I have used RSSY 4 or 5 times in the last few years. I have purchased paving stones, sand, landscaping rocks, river rocks, you name it! I always receive a fair price and the service is impeccable! I wont purchase my supplies from anywhere else.

RSSYs staff have been very helpful. Ive been re-building a very large lawn space that had been neglected for decades. Heavy clay, very acidic from Oak and Hickory trees, no grass at all. RSSYs staff suggested I use the leaf loam for planting seed or using as a base for sod. We now have a beautiful green yard in the front of the house and the large backyard is coming along well for such late season work. The grass seed loves the loam! RSSYs prices are extremely competitive as well. Ive purchased flag stone from them for a fire ring and will eventually do the flowerbeds in the front of our home. Their prices make it affordable.
