Great customer service!!! The people there are extremely helpful and nice, and they tell you, in detail, on which product is the best for your project. I bought bamboo sticks for my schools Filipino club for a traditional dance and they really helped me out with choosing the perfect pieces. Not only do they have poles for these purposes, but they also have decorative and craft pieces. 100% recommend for your bamboo needs..

Drove all the way here and no answer on phone or door. They are suppose to be open now, but the place looks run down and ringer disabled. Big waist of our time.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Called Tony at Creasian, firs it was really difficult to communicate, the level of English needed to perform a simple transaction wasnt there... Then half of the items we were interested on were not in stock even though they were advertise on sale and in stock. Then settled for a similar product and asked to buy a roll for a mock up, asked to email for putting the transaction. I tried to explain this was for a large job that would need about half container, waited a week, no reply, then I emailed again.... What did we get? No reply... I then Googled Bamboo Fence again and came up with ForeverBamboo down in San Diego, I called them and they picked up first ring. Place the order with a nice lady for about $3 more per roll then these guys. Dont buy here unless you want careless service!

So happy to find this place. The carbonite bamboo fencing 8X8 is awesome. The quality is way better than other shops. Each piece of bamboo is 1.25 inch diameter, equal cuts. The price was right also, they dont over price their product. We cut the bamboo to puzzle it in over our BBQ. Love my bamboo fence!

Do not order from this company. I placed an order on their website, weeks later i still hadnt received it or any further communication from them, so I contacted them requested a tracking number or expected delivery date. After getting no response I sent 4 more emails, used their contact form on the website, contacted them on facebook, and called the 2 phone numbers i could find for them. No response for anything. Not sure if they are no longer in business, dont care about their customers at all, or if it is just a scam altogether. Please dont fall victim to this company like i did.
