I went in the morning after I retired, and the young lady that helped me out was very very courteous and kind. She was also patient as I forgot the password to get in to my phone. The next morning I miss placed my phone and went back to the same ladyAnd help me find the location of my brand new phone. Awesome service, five star for sure
I needed to take care of a billing detail for the cloud service. This store, Andrea specifically, went out of her way to help me. It was not store policy to do so, but when I explained I had surgery Andrea was very accommodating and protected my security also.It is great to know kindness and professionalism can still align. I will never, EVER EVER do business here again. I ordered a galaxy watch to be delivered to this store. I was told it would come in that Saturday. Fine. I called Saturday, no watch. I then called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday... no watch. So finally I called customer service and they told it had been delivered, AND SIGNED FOR a week prior. I even got the tracking number. Then, I went to the store, where the employees, Kaitlen and Deidre effectively ignored me, helped other customers before me, and lied to me. I DO NOT recommend wasting your time here. Theyre rude and unhelpful.

I placed an order online and requested in-store pickup for an iPhone. I never received a call or text that my device was ready, and the store cancelled and returned my order, without ever contacting me. And thats because I contacted them multiple times through the phone to check on my device status. This threw my account into internet limbo, and I had to go through Verizon directly to resolve it. Very disappointed with the service of this location.

A+ customer service received from Russell Cellular, Los Alamos, NM. Brought my Samsung Galaxy 8S+ phone in 2/25/2021 to store Rep. A.G. Once I decided to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S21+ A.G. began the challenging task of transferring my old phones data over to my new phone. Despite multiple functionality issues with my old phones damaged screen A.G. expertly navigated through many data transfer attempts. If one transfer attempt failed A.G. quickly researched online to find another option that would work. Through it all AG spent almost 2 hours working on getting me up and running with a new phone. AG provided excellent customer service in a professional, patient, and courteous manner enhanced with a friendly personality. A wonderful experience all the way around.

I purchased an IPad Air from this store. Andrea, the store manager, helped me set it up. Andrea was VERY efficient and helpful. There was a problem with one thing and she was coaching me through the set up while she was on the phone with the person who could fix whatever the problem was. She explained things thoroughly and looked through our plan to see if there were places we could save a bit of money. It was a great experience. The store is set up for Optimum physical distancing Which is good with the recent spike in Covid-19 cases.

I have been to this store twice. The first time I walked in, was unacknowledged, waited 45 minutes then left. I did not plan to ever go back, but unfortunately, about 6 months later my phone decided to stop functioning so I gave them another try before ordering online. This time the customer service was much better. An employee greeted me within my first two minutes of being in the store. I knew what phone I wanted when I walked in, unfortunately they did not have it in stock so I ended up ordering it online anyway. At least I did not have to wait 45 minutes to be told it was out of stock. Would have been 5 stars if they had the phone I wanted.

Every time I come in I have had to wait for a minimum of 40 minutes. They have 3 computers available to serve people, yet only 2 are ever being used at once. I can even hear employees in the back laughing and yet too few are serving customers. I can tell they have really fast turnaround on employees because there are frequently new staff who are being trained, which adds to the wait time. Otherwise the staff are cheerful and helpful, really it is just the wait time that is deplorable.
NO customer service and fake good reviews. I have spent the last two weeks going in at various times of the day and each time after waiting 30 minutes was told it will be about two hours before someone can help you. How is that possible? Even when there is two people working and only one customer besides me? All they seem to do is talk on the phone and when person comes in, they head to the back room with their phone. TO top it off. just today SONYA said in a very snotty voice, we have other stores you can use if you cant wait...try the Espanola store, I am sure they could help you. Really? This is after she told another person that came in just before us to call Verizon for help as she was busy now. Also, I recognize the names on the some of the good reviews as employees of that store! How is that for good business?

I went in near closing time with a tough issue getting phone working with Verizon - usually I try do everything myself because of bad previous experiences at Verizon stores. Wait was 15 min, with 2 employees working hard. First employee was very knowledgeable and we thought we had it fixed, but ultimately not successful. Went back in, 2nd employee went through a huge number of options very quickly and finally got it to work. Most amazingly, it was well after closing time and employee was still (successfully) helping 5 people simultaneously on various issues.
They wont let you buy a new phone outright. They have to put you on a payment plan even if you dont want or need one just because its their policy.Other than that the service is alright, and they generally carry the newest models of both android-based phones and i-phones, as well as a few tablets.
I had a very good experience at Verizon - today... Previously Id had a couple of rather rocky encounters, where I got bad advice and bad service. Today was different. Kudos to Jordan Vigil for his knowledge of Verizons products and options, his willingness to look for a satisfactory solution and his ability to pursue the answers to questions when the possibilities were unclear in the welter of options. This kid needs a raise and a promotion!
After selecting items to purchase (10 mins), it took manager 3 hours to check me out. My bill was over $1K and she said You dont want your receipt do you, it will all show up on your bill. I dont know too many people w people who would not want a receipt when you pay that amt. of money. What a ding-dong.
Ordered a phone, was promised a call when it arrived...never received a call. I called 3 days after it had arrived, waited over an hour in store to pickup. Next time i am going to Bestbuy or verizon in al Albuquerque or santa fe.
Jordan was my salesman and he was perfect every question I had he explained completely and clearly all the functions of the phone were explained I was really wild and the wait time was Zero Ive been back with further questions 2 times and within seconds Jordan has filled me in on what I needed to know and Ive learned more about my phone then I thought I could. Service in LA is polite and efficent, but Verizon as a corporate entity is basically two hair short from being a crime syndicate.A few occurrences in random order:Time ago I got two Gizmos from Verizon, under our family contract: monthly cost 5$ each. One broke. Wanted to cancel the plan, was told it was impossible. I was stuck for 2 years.A year ago I get a smartphone for one of my daughters. They tell me I can use the Gizmo number for her. They tell me that it would cost 20$/month (like the other phones). I think: good, it will save me 5$/month and I keep the number.Turns out it costs 40$/month plus taxes. I inquire: it is apparently for the privilege to use a previous number. I protest that this is not what I was told. No answer.2 years pass, I can finally cancel one of the Gizmo numbers (which had costed me 5$ per month). Yet, nn the last two billing cycles, the Gizmo number is still costing me 5$ per month. On the bill it doesnt appear deactivated. Yet, if I try to call it, a voice says the number has been deactivated.2 months ago I cancel my own phone number (cost 20$/month). I just realized that in the last 2 billing cycles I still pay 10$/month for my number--even though on the bill it is referred to as deactivated. If I call it, it tells me it has been deactivated.Now, I am sure through the fine prints most if not all of this is legal. But more generally, when exactly one entity stops to be a corporate reality and begins to be a racket cartel? If I were a lawyer, I would be giggling thinking at the money I could make with a class action against these clowns.My suggestion to you: stay away from Verizon.
Slow service, like all other Verizon stores, but this is a franchise store, and therefore cant do many if the things that a direct Verizon store can.They dont stock many accessories at all, mostly only for very old or very new models. And no batteries. At all. Theyll gladly order it for you to be delivered by mail. Kind of like Amazon, but with slower shipping.They will try to fob you off onto thier phone support contract people, who also are not direct Verizon, and who are pretty much incompetent. Most of the time thier solution is You have to hard reset your phone.In the end its faster to drive to Santa Fe and wait at a real Verizon Store.
The vzn staff currently in Los Alamos is always so helpful and friendly. Sarah was especially responsive to the questions I had about the Hum. I appreciate this store and Raul, Sarah and Lorenzo.
Stay away from this place! These people are in no way affiliated with Verizon, their staffing is pathetic, and absolutely clueless. You will waste a minimum of 2 hours of your day if your the first person in there.

My husband and I went into the store to ask about updating our account services because we had heard the prices at Verizon had gone down. Kat Trujillo helped us. She could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She went through our current plan and saved us over $40/month on our two phones even though we bought a tablet (GalaxyTab E) that was on sale for $50, added it to our data/Internet access plan for $10/month. So now we have 3 devices connected to our data and our bill is still over $40 cheaper. Thank you Kat!

Current iPhone was out of stock because its popular. Staff was both rude and unknowledgeable. (I didnt know how to use the phone and nobody offered to show me, expected me to know everything and were annoyed at needing to explain, did not understand plans as well as I knew them from reading the website, did not apologize when item was out of stock or offer to search another location.) Children were playing with the demo phones that I wanted to use.
Bought a audio adapter for my iPhone 7 rather quickly. After I left 5 mins the audio adapter broke. And spent at least a hour trying to return it.

Worst customer service ever. Huge waste of my time, first visit I did not have all the info I needed. Fine went home got what they said I needed. Next day went back to store and they said I need additional info that they neglected to let me know the day before. TWO VISITS WITH TWO YOUNG CHILDREN, TWO NAPS MISSED, CRANKY KIDS AND STILL NO PHONE!!!!!Oh and the phone I went into look at and test they only had the dummy phone and no one there could figure out how to by-pass the initialization on a real phone so going into the store did me no good.Save your time and frustration and order online.
