Very helpful and friendly. We were just looking for a quote and they came out and we done in a half an hour. The repair guy knew what he was talking about. He gave us a few reasonable options. A trustworthy company.

So this company is called Mountain Garage Door Repair Los Alamos and their website states We are your local 24 HR Garage Door Repair and Service in Los Alamos, NM, yet when I called to inquire about a garage door repair job, I was told by the operator that we do not service that area. I cant comment on their service, but I can certainly say that it is false advertising. If they dont service Los Alamos, they should change their name and website.

Scheduled repair visit for Quemazon area in the morning and was told theyd send someone in the afternoon. Later was told that they dont serve that area - 1.5 miles away from the alleged address on the website. Looks like a scam.

Live in White Rock and was told they dont service my area. Los Alamos is fine, just not White Rock.

Same issue as another reveiwer. needed my garage door fixed in white rock and the call center said it does not service that area. maybe get a different call center? youre losing business
