Very professional. Explained the hearing evaluation process in Avery understandable way. Explained the result throughout and made recommendations for hearing aids with no pressure to buy right away. Good experience all around.

Good experience. Hadnt seen him since COVID started and he tuned up my hearing aids for free. He was helpful on another case I had brought to him some months earlier too. Finding knowledgeable people available doesnt happed every day, and is really enjoyed when it does.

I just spoke to these people and they told me I could not get a hearing test from them unless I was willing to buy my hearing aids from them. Very disappointing and short sighted. When I replace my hearing aids I will make sure not to give them my business.

NOT Recommended. WOW - this PREMIER provided REFUSED to work on my Widex Beyond 440 hearing aids ($6600 and under warranty) -- unless I paid ANOTHER $700. (I moved from Alexandria, VA to Los Alamos, NM). I call Widex directly (they recommended another provider)! Not Recommended.
