These guys are no nonsense guys. They dont like to deal with small requests but they have a lot of parts in stock and are capable of manufacturing almost any fitting. I went down to visit them and they truly impressed me with their capability.

The biggest smelling pile of crap company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.Customer service is beyond horrible, the owner will cuss up a storm if you sound the least bit agitated speaking to him. It takes literally 5+ phone calls to get any sort of half a$$d response.If I could rate this company zero stars then I would.

Phoned this company to accept an online parts quote they had provided. Before I even finished saying why I called, the guy started yelling at me! Unbelievable!! In several calls to try to do business, I encountered nothing but rude, disorganized unprofessionalism. In the end, I authorized purchase and shipment of the quoted part--but it didnt happen, and I never heard from them again. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Truly a f**ing experiance it was. The customer service is pucking. I have requested quote for one of the bearing but the man who responded is f**ing stupid. He didnt even listned completely to what i said but hang down the phone. It irritates me like something.....Say big NOOOO to this company.

Horrible and terrible, and I do not find another adjective for this company. A customer service is TERRIBLEEEEEEEE; there is one guy over there and seriously I do not know how they have a customer service like him. WOW They lie and the yell. I can’t put ------******** in my rating but …ugh

This company is pure garbage. Very rude. Quoted items as stock. We placed order then they took 45 days to let us know they never actually had the items. Buyer beware!!!
