The staff here is terribly rude. I asked to see a camera that was cased behind the counter. They wouldnt even open the case to let me see the condition. I never even mentioned my budget. They said it was too expensive for me. There was literally no one else in the store to deter them from providing customer service. Yet they took one look at me and determined that I could not afford a camera that probably cant even be used. I will not be going back. Its NOT a thrift store --- everything costs hundreds of dollars.

Took forever to get the ladys attention despite being the only customer in the place then when I tried to make a purchase she said the price marked on the item was a mistake and tried to sell for 5x the price. It couldve been an honest mistake but she was rude acting as if I had done something wrong!

As others have noted, prices listed on items are not honored.I picked up one of the items to purchase that had a $10 sticker on it. When I went to the counter to pay, the woman behind the counter removed the sticker and claimed that wasnt the correct price and that it was actually $38. I explained that clearly someone had placed the sticker on there...she refused to budge. I said I didnt want it and walked out of the store feeling scammed.Bottom line is, avoid this place.PS - clarification as the owner has responded below. The reason I brought a camera is because I have a YouTube channel where I share my thrifting experiences. I asked permission to film, they declined and I put away my camera. Regarding the sticker, read other reviews here and on Yelp as others have had the same experience. The fact that now she’s accusing a new customer of being a thief just goes to show how they run their business.

Most of the stuff are way overpriced. Its more of an antique store w/ Beverly Hills prices than a thrift store. Dont expect thrift stores prices here.

Things are overpriced. Even over eBay prices. Found a vintage camera lens made by Mamiya. The lens goes for mid $20 on eBay and they would not negotiate the price down from $75. This is a lens that was at the bottom of the barrel and she had no idea what they are even selling. Smh

A true gem in LA. Ben and Moji have some of the most incredible and eclectic vintage items in the state. They gave me a great deal on a rug and a very special tapestry, one hand woven from Burma, that is the perfect completion to our home. It is worth taking the time with these objects and exploring the store. When I touched this tapestry it gave electrifying tingles and was one of those treasured synchronicities. I also found the most unique bridesmaids presents as well since they have a number of jewelry, mirror, and picture frames from all decades. All in great condition - so much more unique than anything from Amazon. Worth the hunt by far.

Mojo is the best. She directed me in the right direction and was so helpful. I came in looking for a specific vanity stool and got a better deal than expected! I love one of a kind pieces, and this place is a ONE OF A KIND PLACE. 10 stars for sure. :)

Helping Hand Thrift shop is a quaint ship with great quality furniture, household goods, clothes, an amazing jewelry collection, and unique decorative pieces that cant be found anywhere else. Every visit is a new adventure. The shop is run by a nice couple who are happy to answer any questions you may have and help you find the perfect present or statement piece for your home, office, or outfit!

I came across of this shop online. I was looking for a set of furniture and a few art work and I found what I was looking for. They pretty much have a lot of stuff that everyone can relate to. It is like treasure hunt. Moji the store owner is very helpful and nice. If you are looking for something specific just let her know and she will help you.

This place is such an extraordinary antique boutique. You can find anything at this store from vintage clothing to vintage paintings, electronics, knives used by native Indians, records and vintage books. If you are antiques collector this is the place.

Prices are too high. They claim everything is vintage to justify their prices. They need to check out prices at goodwills and other thrifts because they are clueless as to how to price their items.

It closes whenever they want and no notice at all
