A very good shopping experience since they have good sales for in stock items closing to Thanksgiving. The associates are very helpful and energetic to help you out with recommendations and measurements. The quality of furniture here is great, the price is a little bit high. You get what you paid for.

There is nothing to not love about Rejuvenation. We are doing an extensive remodel on our home and the availability and quality as well as pricing is great. Being able to get everything delivered and very timely is very helpful.

Nice products and friendly staff

We shopped here a week ago and purchased a bunch of stuff for our new home and one of the items we got didn’t fit our wall so we had to exchange it for a smaller size, the manager at the Culver City location “Kim” was extremely rude, and condescending. When I asked her if she could help me exchange the item for a smaller size she said that she can’t help me with an exchange and that I have to return the item first than she will find another worker to help me once I’m done with my return. Then she said shes unable to give us our money back because of some store policy that they are not allowed to give cash back when we paid in cash and that we have to get a check in the mail and shes not able to give us a date when we should expect the check. Absolutely horrible customer service and the store policy should be illegal, that fact that we gave the merchandise back but we’re not Getting our money back and don’t have a date when we will get out money back is insane! Her tone and attitude is not welcoming and she need to get basic customer service training. I’ve work in retail for 10+ years and this is not how you treat paying customers.

Id give the items in store a 4 star rating. However, I have been in the store several times and each time received bad customer service. Even when I made a purchase, the sales person that took my payment wouldnt even speak to me.

Extremely fast and high quality service! Good Job

This store has some beautiful hardware ranging from light fixtures, doorknobs, and even Edison bulbs! The prices are a little expensive, but the fixtures they have here are worth the price. While I was in the store, I had multiple salespeople ask me if I needed any assistance. They were not pushy, and offered the perfect amount of attention.

Very nice, cute stuff. A little pricey...

I bought a table with them 2.5 months ago (expected delivery was 2-3 weeks), and they never delivered it. When we first called, after one month, they had lost the order. They said they would have to refund us and order again. They did that and after another month, we still havent seen the table, were not refunded again and they do not respond to our emails anymore. Worst customer service I have ever seen!

Really high end store. Good deals on VERY expensive home fixtures.
