This store is well run. The employees are readily available to answer your questions, the store is clean, well stocked and I personally have been very happy with my electronic purchases from here over the yearsLast November I purchased a laptop from Best Buy along with several accessories. I have been very happy with all my gear.One thing I really appreciate about about the Geek Squad crew is how amazing and thorough they are. They take their time and make sure you understand exactly what the issue is should you have one. Then they explain everything and answer any questions you may have.Overall, I have been very pleased with each time Ive visited a Best Buy store!!!

Most of the employees would go out of their way to avoid helping anyone. Still not impressed and I can purchase most of the items they carry cheaper at Amazon, Target, or Walmart.

I’m so regret I have purchased my stuff from best buyI have placed my ordered beginning of august and I’m still waiting to get my stuff!!!!They have canceled me many times and bunch of times they did not even show up and wasted my whole day!! Just went during the pandemic again and it is a safe place to be with all the precautions necessary. The GEEK SQUAD is THE BEST - professional, friendly and thorough in their analysis and help And they always look to help with the most economical solutions.Previously, last summer, other than the phone reservations are not in synch with the store operations, the service, efficiency and product availability is terrific and highly recommendable. I was there for an Apple cord, and a sales associate not even assigned to helping me quickly went to the warehouse area and got it when it was not on the shelf.

I bought an LG washing machine from this location less than three years ago. I also bought a five year warranty. They came out three times to fix it and we’re not able to do so AND refused to replace it. To the tune of $980 plus tax I purchased the same machine again. They messed up on delivery and it has now been three weeks since I’ve had a working washing machine. The new machine arrived but delivery person could not find parking right in front of the building and left without trying to tell us that he was outside. I live in a security building with CONCIERGE on a major street in BH and the elevator was prepped for bringing the washing machine up. Such an inconvenience. We are trying to reach customer service who are not even picking up. I hope this message is received by Best Buy and Best Buy customer service and the problem is rectified . Terrible service. This place has really gone downhill. Most reps are rude or just dont care. Its my favorite retail store and I remember back when you could talk tech with certain reps. Seems they dont hire that kind of personell anymore. Very low stock of items but I suppose thats because of Covid. Its convenient because freeway exit is this location entrance.

I would have given this Best Buy 5 stars, but the customer service wasnt great, except for Isaiah. My daughter and I came here to get make a purchase(she needed a privacy screen protector) but we couldnt find what we were looking for. My daughter saw an employee and got her attention but was ignored. So we found someone else and he was ok, he just showed us where to look. We still couldnt find what we were looking for. Then my daughter went to find another employee and he went above and beyond, which was Isaiah. He made sure we were in the right spot to find what we were looking for( he had a device that pinged him where the merchandise would be) Isaiah found it and rung us up. Thank you Isaiah. If you need cellphone accessories or a cellphone ask for Isaiah.

I bought 2 projectors from Best Buy. Both units were defective. I am still waiting for my full refund.After returning 2 faulty units of this Projector Best Buy has only partially refunded me the money. This even when in numerous chats and emails I was promised to get a full refund. I can definitely not recommend. I now had to start a claim with my credit card company for the remaining refund.Did not want to shop at one of the big online shops but looking at this process i really think I should not have bought at Best BuyThe first projector I had to return straight away because it had areas where the image was not in focus. The second unit was able to focus but white areas showed a little green shadow when displaying images with high contrast. I could get used to that because it’s only visible from up close but now after two days the projector won’t turn on anymore. Only after unplugging and re plugging the ac cable and pressing the power button on the projector will it turn on eventually.I think this could be a good projector if everything worked but someone is doing a terrible job at quality control letting all these faulty units go to customers.Can not recommend

This location has a generous amount of off street free parking. The store is a good size, with a wide variety of products. The staff are knowledgeable of the products, and the lines tend to move quickly in the checkout. This is a good place to find Apple products and video games. The store is clean, including the restrooms. The staff is also courteous.The BBB Route7 and the Expo Line train are a short walk from the store.

This store by far was the worst best buy store I have ever been to !!! I went to get a new iPhone and trade in my old phone. The guy who helped me at the Apple stand told me that I can either pay in full or in installments and still get the 700$ Credit from Verizon. I asked him again if he is sure and he confirmed so I decided to pay in full. I went to Verizon to return the old phone and I was told that I can only get the credit back if it was paid in installments!! I went back to best buy and it was at 6:30 pm. The girl at the customer service told me that no one is available to help me and they all left and that I can go to any other best buy store and they will help me. I went to another store and I was told that no one can help me to fix this except the store that I bought the phone from. I went back to the store in another day and was told that they can’t reverse the process and that I have to return the phone and get a new phone. Obviously I decided to return it and not but anything from this store ever again. I went to Verizon and in 15 mins I had a new phone ! I feel stupid for not going to Verizon from the beginning! The guy who messed up in the first place wasted so much of my time. I never got a good treatment when I went back to fix the problem, one of the other guys kept saying that Verizon doesn’t have an offer and stopped arguing when I showed him the offer . Only nice person was Jose ! Thanks for your help. Otherwise, a terrible store!! I highly recommend that no one goes near this place!

They were so helpful in helping me figure out what features were most important and comparable between tvs. They even found me a Samsung model set to go on sale. Poor customer service, and was also cut in line by an old lady and when I spoke up and told her something she still tried to go in front of me, the cashier decided to help her instead of me and didn’t confront her. There was a line and they could’ve told her to wait but instead went with helping her out instead of me when I was waiting in line like everyone else. Felt it wasn’t fair and the fact that the cashier was rude to me when I was in the right just wasn’t cool. You guys need to train your employees better in costumer service!

What a frustrating experience. Had to explain to multiple employees what a gift receipt was. It took going to a manager to get one. Vicky was nice and knowledgeable, but it doesnt excuse employees leading me on a wild goose chase to get a gift receipt. If you dont know something, ask for help. The Dyson employee was extremely rude, especially considering I just purchased one of their products. I really hope that Vicky forwards my complaints to the Dyson Supervisor.

For me this was a hit and miss. On Tuesday evening it was a miss. I really needed help finding something and it took over 45 minutes to get somebody to help us. We kept being told what general location the item would be located in and then couldnt find it. When somebody finally did help us, the item was in a completely different area and turned out to not work. When I returned it the next day, it was a great experience. The person at customer service was awesome and the geek squad got us the right adapter and my daughter was extremely happy to use her writing tablet. Maybe the moral of the story is go there on Wednesday...

Since moving to the area this is one of three Best Buy’s near me, and I always try to go here first because of my consistent good experience. I’ve had great service with the order pick up, where I’ve ordered an item and within 30-60 minutes it’s ready for pick up. Upon arrival the team there is always quick and pleasant. Today I went in for a return for a headset that just wasn’t my preference, was done within 5 minutes and then went to purchase a new headset and Ryan did a great job ringing me up. He deserves to be recognized! Great work Best Buy!

My Galaxy 9 notes screen cover came off. When I bought it I purchased the screen installation fee along with the phone. It is a ARMOR EDGE brand. The return counter person ran my phone number and printed the recipe. Refund and repurchased another cover and then the Geek person reinstalled the new one in about 10 minutes. They also cleaned and sterilized the entire phone casing. 5 stars.

Hello, somebody forged my credit card and purchased an apple AIRPODS WHITE for $249,99 and I do live in Los Angeles, this item was delivered to Waterbury, ct, 06706, this happened in midnight September, 05,2020 about 11.17 PM. I immediately called best buy to stop the transaction, however, Best Buy did not stop this phony order as of this day, have not been reimbursed yet. This would be a very bad reputation for your organization.people will hesitate to purchase any more from your company. I will take this matter to the local small claim court in order to collect my damage. Be careful using your credit card to purchase any item from Best Buy. Dont do business with Best Buy. When I referred this matter to Best Buy customer service I did not receive any welcome. You will lose a lot of customers not pay attention to complain

I went to Best Buy needing to buy a charging cable for my mac, after like 20 minutes I found someone that was willing to help me. He quickly pointed me in the right direction and found the charger I needed. The charger was at 180 dollars + tax. I told him,So what if I got it on Amazon? The representative told me they would price match any item, knowing I would not be paying retail. I took the charger and went to the amazon check out line and let reps know.She called her manager and she approved it and after that I ended up saving 20 dollars and having my product right away, instead of waiting for amazon to send it two days later for a cheaper price. They matched it and I walked out with what I needed in a matter of 40-50 minutesIm incredibly happy, the Service was amazing for the guy that helped me. Other wise, all other Customer Service attendants were really just useless, walking around and offering no help.Regardless, I was happy to see that the price was matched and I could get my charger ASAP as I walked out at the lowest price was they advertised was possible.
