I had a small yard in Los Angeles that was just dirt and so uneven and was looking to get some artificial turf put in. John and his team at Install Artificial were amazing from start to finish. The price they gave me was very reasonable and fair. They were on time and did the job so fast and perfect. My neighbor had the same size yard and went with another company that took 4 days an had to pull the grass up 3 times and still has seams and uneven spots everywhere. My yard took them 1 day and was done to the highest quality. Zero seams, perfectly level, and the grass quality was amazing. Sergey the foreman did an outstanding job from start to finish. I really liked dealing with this company. Good product, great installation. The workers were very polite. They knew what they were doing and got it done in two days. They always cleaned up after themselves. Our dog loves the turf and we dont have a mud problem, like we did in the past.

The work done was top notch. It wasnt cheap, but the end product was top notch. A little tricky getting clear costs as the price went up one day into the project, but Id advise someone come and look at the site first and signing an iron-clad agreement before work begins.

We re so glad we selected John and his team to install putting green artificial grass in our home in Los Angeles. We thought they were different because they helped us design the putting green project, advised how to arrange play zones and place holes. Install Artificial did a great job on my rooftop turf installation. From start to finish John was extremely informative and helpful. I set up appointments with a number of companies. John was able to come on a weekend morning which worked great with my work schedule. He did measurements, showed my a bunch of samples and provided me with a number of options that allowed me to work with my budget. Their price was competitive with others, but Johns knowledge and the fact that he would be the actual person at the job site convinced me to select them for the job.On the day the work was to be done, John arrived early to make sure everything was set up in advance of his crew getting there. I had some old patio furniture that I was in the process of moving off the patio and John jumped right in and helped me. No easy task since were talking a rooftop up 3 flights of stairs. His crew arrived and the job was wrapped up in one day. John and his crew are first class professionals. From quotation to production these guys really do carry through with quality service and product. At our manufacturing facility in which they installed the artificial grass we manufacture 25 trucks a day. Awesome work by this group! We are so happy with our front yard! My hasband and I have with a blank front yard and had no idea what to do with the space. Wow! We had a major problem -- last renters had two large dogs who left the artificial turf reeking from dog pee. We went to work on it for days with the usual products but it barely made a dent. The smell just wouldnt go away. We called Install Artificial Grass and they found time in their schedule just before next renters came in and spent a good four hours treating the backyard. By the end of the afternoon, the smell was completely gone. The price was also reasonable. Andrew, the tech, did a great job and was easy to deal with. If we have this problem again, I am calling these guys.

I cant say enough to thank the company. John (grass expert), Tony (the project manager) and the crew are super professional. They started working at 7am every day, clean-up the area after work, well communication, most of all, they are all hard workers. We put a putting green in the back garden, did some remodeling for the front garden, and installed artificial grass for the trash bins area. Really happy with the results. We did a lot of research before choosing an artificial lawn installation company. We got three different quotes from 3 different companies and did an on-site inspection of each companys work. Johns company, Install Artificial Grass, was hands-down the winner.We have a front yard and a back yard. Before the artificial lawn install the back yard had severe drainage issues and flooded every time it rained. NOT ANYMORE. John and his team were able to see what was causing the problem and fixed it with LOW COST solutions.The grass (SpyGlass) is amazing looks and feels like real grass. My kids (7 & 10 year old boys) love it to play soccer on and even take pillows outside to look at the stars at night!John is a professional. He explained everything. He wanted me to be completely satisfied with the job.His team showed up on time. They were polite and professional. They cleaned up after themselves every night.On time. IAG was able to put it all back together, patch with existing scraps, and do it all seamlessly.John showed up on time and presented himself clean & professionally. I got some of their higher quality 2 artificial grass to place on my top deck for my dog to have his own play space. Since I installed on my deck, we have had rain, high winds, colder temperatures and heat. The Install Artificial Grass has held up extremely well. The quality of their grass is much better than the other options I was researching. Even the most expensive options at Home Depot and others were not the quality that I have. I just love walking on the grass, it really feels great. At first I was alittle leary it would feel and look to plastic and fake, but was not the case. I would recommend to anyone living in a condo or apartment, to install on their patios and deck, they will not be disappointed. Thank you to the owners for their great service and assistance with my small but needed project.
