The young skinny tall guy is really rude. I came in with my two kids to buy a part and he had nothing but smart rude things to say. Tbh I felt really uncomfortable there !

We put a 500$ deposits on quads we went back for quads within 2 weeks but we lost the receipt The dad and John basically robbed us !!! They wouldn’t take their own voice mail they left us as proof of deposit. Mind you the voicemail mention pick up for quads we put deposit on!!!! We went next door purchase quads with a nice woman with good deals🙌🏼

The manager/owner/?? Who answered phone extremely ride from hello .... Was going to purchase In store, with cash, a moped they had listed online that according to dude, was hundreds more and not really avail and he didnt care what I was reading to him off there own website !Im still walking 🤨

They have a huge variety of scooters and bikes and anything that has to do with a motor on a bike from cruisers to off roading to ATV’s and street motor bikes I have purchase 2 products from them and prices are pretty fair and sure there are minor issues here and there but they will fix it for you

I have 2 months that I bought my squad motorcycle and it does not work, it loses strength, this place steals you, you buy a motorcycle squad supposedly 3 months of guarantee and then the guarantee does not apply and says that because I did not use this person John does not care if you come back to buy or not .... bad customer serviceThe person say is only maintenance, motocross has no strength, and it turns off, mi son use only 4 TIME, it is not fair,I went two time whit them, the first time told me it was an oil change and the problem did not go away, now you say it is due to lack of use, they try to CHARGE AND CHARGE, I have seen many negative comments from the store and the business, this is not fair and it will not be like that. NEVER GO BUY THERE ....

I bought a boom 125cc from this shop and its a great starter bike(i never rode before). Im having a few small maintenance issues and John scheduled a appointment for me to come in so the mechanic can upgrade my Carburetor and spark plug and to modify my chain and clutch, motorcycles need a lot of love and care and you will encounter maintenance issues. I really love my starter bike.

This is not a good place to shop if you have other options take them because the old guy that’s putting the dirt bikes and atv together is no good he half as the job all I no is the the screws in my brake caliper in the front he broke it then drilled it and I told them to just replace the whole part and he asked why would he do that I told him because this is the brake we talking bout here stopping my life can be on the line here and they didn’t and wouldn’t give me back my money so I told the bike now I’m headed to make a law issue

It was ok ..i bought a chine quad runner..but my brother in law went to by one an hour later and they tried to raise the price from the time i went an hour earlier..but the quad i bought was very good..

Worst experience ever, very un-professional staff, what a waste of $1,600.00. I bought a 125cc quad for my son at this establishment as a birthday gift only for it to break down 3 days later. it has been in there shop for 3 going on 4 weeks now, all i get is the run around when i call to check the status on it, then i decide to show up in person to check on it only to get the cops called on me for tresspassing. Every time ive showed up at the place there seems to be more un-satisfied customers going through the same situation as myself, i highly recommend you check out the reviews on this place, take it from me..learn from my mistake, DONT SHOP HERE !! you will regret it...

I drove 40 miles to go and pick up not only 1, but 2 bikes chinese pit bikes on 2 different occasions. They had them in stock and best prices.People who are complaining about the quality... you get what you pay for. Its not the dealerships fault. I bought cheap China bikes for my kids to learn on instead of paying top dollar name brand for a dirk bike for my kids to learn on and beat up.Lost a star for their shop needed to be cleaned up.

There service is bad as well as there bikes I bought a motorcycle in middle of June in less than a week it was falling apart muffler fell off the steering wheel was loose the braking tail lights both fell it’s all bad. I took it back John told me he would fix if wish did not his father refused to give my money back or replace it with a new bike never will I buy from them again there mechanic so unprofessional. Went there because I am shopping for a dirt bike for my birthday. Just went there to see the bikes and the guy was really supportive. This place is a lot better than the shop a couple feet away. A 75cc dirt bike for 500 dollars. Thats great. The people at the other shop were charging 600 dollars for basically the same bike. Will recommend this place to anyone. They sell street bikes, mopeds, dirt bikes, atvs, scooters, helmets, go karts, and little electric toys for little kids.

We absolutely loved working with Mo. He was extraordinarily polite and helpful. Initially when we went to the showroom, we were totally ignored (2 ladies looking for a car). We left and went back the next day and encountered Mo who hadnt been there the previous day. He was delightful!

I got my 1st bike here, and not only do they argue but they say one thing and do another.. bad experience dont waist your time and money here

If I could give no stars I would. I bought 2 mopeds from here, as soon as I drove away the moped would turn off every time I was at a light. I called and he said hhe will have his mechanic fix it. Also my brakes started to squeak the next day of purchase and he claimed it was because of them getting wet. Now I know Im a female but are you kidding me that makes no sense, breaks should not start squeaking because of water. Anyways I brought in my moped the mechanic I guess acted like he fixed it, but the same problem kept happening. These guys are crooks, they didnt fix the problem then sent me off. I came back the next day because I told him the same thing was happening and then the other moped I purchased wouldnt even turn on!!! These are supposed to be brand new with no problems. He basically rode it around and said its fine. Worst experience ever, I dont know how these guys are in business, I am making a report to the BBB do not spend your time or money here. This place is scum all around from employees to products!!!!

I bought 3 atvs from this place and 2 broke down less than 2 weeks of riding them, we took them back and told the owner about the issue and he charged us $60 to change a battery and to diagnose he charged $30 extra, we never took them back for repair. The sales person /owner is a rip off. Beware and I will never recommend anyone to this place.

Previously I had posted a really vicious review against this place in responce to a grievance that I was having with them over a retail transaction. I now would like to report that it takes a lot to impress me but the integrity of this establishment really speaks for itself. Not only did they correct the situation but they really went above and beyond to make the situation right and that is really a rare thing anymore in the world. I would definetly recomend this place for any motor sport needs because your getting not just a wealth of knowledge from this family and their years of business but your also getting an opportunity to do business with someone, who in my opinion will do what is necessary to guarantee his customers satisfaction. If you have a problem this is someone that you can go and talk to and be met half way, so that you leave each time with a smile on your face and knowing that you made the best purchase possible for yourself.
