AV Planners live up to their name. They listen, they plan, they execute. We hired them to help us design and install a large media wall with complex custom mounting, and audio system for a 3000 sq.f. medial office on Rodeo drive. We worked mostly with Kenton who was extremely professional, responsive, and detailed throughout the entire process. When obstacles and issues arise, they solve them without presenting issues to us. They only present solutions and that makes a whole difference during a complex tenant improvement buildout. Even after the project they are available for questions. I strongly recommend them.

So far so good. It was hard getting other AV companies to answer their phones. AV Planners answered and performed a site visit. We cannot wait to get the estimate and see what they came up with.

Not to give away company secrets, but when you ask AV Planners to quote you two ways to achieve something, you are given a dynamic quote that you can adjust real-time with your decision makers, to see how differences impact the price. This was game changing for when presenting options to my leadership.Transparency in quotes - We had quotes that like-for-like charged 4 times as much labour as AV Planners. It was maddening, wasting hours meeting companies and getting very specific quotes for hardware, only to find they wanted to overcharge like crazy. One wanted more in labour, than AV Planners labour and hardware put together! I am not suggesting AV Planners is cheap, they charged a healthy amount for the work, but it was costed in a transparent way that we knew how many days and engineers we were allocated based on each rooms requirements. For context, AV Planners was the lowest priced quote from all vendors contacted, right out of the gate. A good sign!AV Planners gave a premium quality of service throughout, with tens of hours of meeting to discuss project, work with builders and keep us posted on progress pre and post delivery. The service by the guys that setup and installed was fantastic! They worked diligently to ensure the hardware was setup properly. A couple weeks after the installation, they followed up to ensure everything was working as designed and to field any new questions that may have come up.

The experience we had with AV planners was pleasant and they provided a much better pricing than other top or well-known competitors. There was some challenge in the wrong ordering of a couple of parts and the equipment setup had some issues but after those were detected, the overall result was satisfactory.
