I was told an alignment would be included with my service but then was told afterwards that they dont do alignments at this facility. After the work was done they tried to sell me an alignment that theyd have another facility take care. I was overcharged from what the original quote I was given. The mechanic replaced lug nuts on my tire without asking me (it did not need new ones), charged me full price for them, and then felt as though I should be grateful for it. To top it all off, they didnt fix the problem that I was experiencing with my car nor did they try to investigate further to diagnose the problem. Avoid this place: theyll say anything to get you in the door and try to stuff your bill afterwards.

I chose E&L Auto/Body & Tow after I was sideswiped and needed to submit for repair through my insurance. But, I had some other body damage I figured I may as well get fixed while the car would be in the shop. They quickly provided me with a cost estimate for the additional repairs which was very reasonable. Their customer service is EXCELLENT. They kept me informed every step of the way. They even touch-up painted some scratches I had on the rear of my car...not to mention the wash, wax and detail that was done prior to them returning my car to me. I truly cant say enough about their knowledge, friendliness, communication, transparency and quality of work!

Eddie and his team helped me with an oil change, alignment, and tire change about 4 months ago. The job was professional and cost effective. I came back to him to help change the two pairs of brakes and get some body work completed. I had a good time with the service. You will be satisfied with the shop it’s value and professionalism.

I went in for and oil change and had them check out a small issue i was having with my car. I was truly amazed by their customer service and attention to my concern. Being that I have no idea about cars or experience with mechanics, I know i was very susceptible to being taken advantage of and getting stuck with a big bill. That was not the case here, they were honest and straight forward with me and charged me a fair price. I will definitely be recommending them and going back for my future mechanical needs.

Very impressed with the shop, their quality of work and Eddies integrity and professionalism. My wife and I had a rental car that backed into a roadside curb that popped out the rear bumper and tail light plastic housing. We showed up 1 hour before close on a Friday and to my great delight Eddie offered to fix it in less than an hour. His price was fair and the car was put back in perfect shape and probably saved us from a high rental car repair bill. Highly recommend this shop!!

To start, He refused to give me an estimate of how much my repairs would cost.. I asked him repeatedly and he kept saying I dont know then when everything was finished he pointed to some signs on the wall. He wouldnt explain what was wrong with my car until I paid the receptionist. Instead he stayed inside his office then she called him out after I paid. He came out to tell me he fixed some things on my car but not what I initially went in there for. At that point his demeanor and how he did business i knew Id came to the wrong place. He was totally unprofessional going back and fourth in spanish with his receptionist while he was explaining what they had did to my car. When I asked him what the problem was he be ame very upset and told me he would tell her and she would tell me. Im like sir Im the customer but I messed up because I already paid the 300 smh.

Dont never ever go to this body shop. I went there because of bad battery, Eddie ask for 377 just for the new battery. Then, I chose to buy a new battery at auto zone and bring it to them, which just cost me 129. But after I gave them the tow and labor fee, Eddie told me that my car is broken and not able to drive, but I drove my car there myself just after the tow person jump my car for me! Which is more amazing is that Eddie told me that they are not able to fix the car and ask me to tow may car to dealer. I cant be more regret choosing that body shop.这条不是刷评论的，这里就是一个垃圾地方，千万别来。

Visit here to remove broken locking lug nut.They tried, and fail to remove. Then she called husband, and he said $69 for just removing 1 lug nut. We denied it, because tool price cheaper than it. Finally they charged $29 for nothing. Just trying.

I brought my car here to get repaired and Eddie said pricewise it would be $1500 to $2500, after I had my car towed and all my car parts sent there, he wanted for me to tell him specifically what I wanted done to my car, like dude this is your body shop, I towed my car here so you can tell me what needs to be done to my car, so I have all my car parts there and I wanted an estimate for just the labor because I was providing all the parts, can you believe this guy told me $7000 to fix my car... What a ripoff! I immediately sent another tow truck to pick my car up along with ALL my car parts... I found another place that gave me a WAYYY better price and all the work was guaranteed to be done THE RIGHT WAY... Would NOT recommend this place to anyone, not even to my worst enemy.
