Nick is my go to person for any body shop needs. This was my 3rd visit over the past 10 years for minor repairs. Nick always carefully explains option and time requirements to repair and match colors. My car leaves Impact Body infinitely better than going in and Nick always charges what we agreed to before handing him the keys.Kudos to Nick and his team! (and thank you for the extra touch of washing my car before returning it to me). As much as I appreciate Nick, I hope not to see him for a long time!

I came to see Nick at Impact for a front end and number repair. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted professionally and I was explained the entire process. I didn’t have the claim number from the other persons insurance, but Nick was able to get it in like 5 mins! I was kept apprised of all work done, told an approximate date my car would be ready and they were on point! After the repair, my car was cleaned to perfection and the job they did was AMAZING! Can’t even tell the car was damaged! They will definitely have my business if I ever need a body shop again and I WILL! Use my big NY mouth to recommend them! I’m very picky when it comes to service. They delivered! Definitely recommend this shop! Great work guys! You have a customer for life!

Nick is amazing. He paid for my uber to go home after a horrible accident. He took care of me like family. He made sure to keep me updated and was always pleasant to deal with. This will be my go to shop which I hope I wont need to often. Thank you nick for everything.UPDATE: I guess when I took my car in the freon wasnt put in after it was fixed. I took it back and he gladly took care of it and didnt hesitate to fix it. Once again this shop is a shinning example of excellent customer service and a business that stands behind its work.

The impact auto staff is incredible. They are sharp and seasoned. Nick is amazing with everything he do. The other guys there are amazing as well. They are great with starting and keeping relationships with their clients. I recommend anyone to go here. If they cannot get to your car when u need it done. He recommends the best solution and/or people that will accommodate and give great service and get the job done. My knowing of impact came into play 2 yrs ago From an accident. when I needed something done this year I went back and same awesome service was rendered. I would definitely vouche and send people here. Keep up the great work crew. Also thanks to soloman the window repair gentleman.

Ive used them four different times and have always been satisfied. Helped me out when insurance company tried to total my car and give my 20 percent of the value. Did a good job and didnt use aftermarket parts that would have lowered my cars value. Ive had taken my car to other shops and felt taken advantage of. Not impact . And theyre local.

Worst body shop experience of my life thus far. These people are highly incompetent and would Mickey-Mouse your car so it will work for a week or two before the check engine and the poor labor starts to surface and your car starts falling apart. Had to to complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Bureau of Automotive Repair.(BAR). To make a long story short .. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. otherwise you will regret it. LIKE I DO.Thanks for ripping me off Nick.

Nick painted my new bmw x5 rear bumper in 2 days only 425 looks like nothing ever happen

All of the positive reviews are SCAMS. This place is a rip off joint. Rear-ended on the 405 Fwy, I did what I thought was the right thing: I went to the neighborhood body shop and met this guy Nick. Having been hit from behind, the Audi S4 sustained the usual damage: rear fenders, bumper, trunk lid and one exhaust pipe. It was going to be covered by insurance and I was, essentially, bringing these guys business I could have taken anywhere. BIG MISTAKE. In short: it took forever to repair. One excuse after another. Nick, when he talks to you, cant help but speak at top volume so it always sounds like hes yelling at you. One thin coat of poor quality paint was all they applied. My GPS UNIT TURNED UP MISSING. ALONG WITH MY REAR PASSENGER AIRBAG. I discovered this months later so I cant say they stole them or not. I never had the opportunity to confront them but I know what I suspect. They were in and around the vehicle and when and how the rear airbag disappeared without my noticing can only mean it was removed in the obvious way. While under repair. Now heres the kicker: When I knew that insurance would pay for replacing the aftermarket exhaust pipe, I asked that he refit the car with the more expensive part. Nick called me and literally yelled at me: I DONT DEAL IN AFTERMARKET PARTS!! It made no sense (and why he was yelling at me Ill never know). We went back and forth. He then proceeded to tell me at top volume about the high end exhaust pipes I was referring to: THEY NO LONGER EXIST! Nick then proceeded to send me over to the equally shady muffler shop on La Brea where the member of his stick up gang proceeded to offer me AN AFTERMARKET EXHAUST PIPE. But not the same one I asked him to replace it with. I took it upon myself to track down and find the part, order it from a dealer and have it sent over. Nick had no choice but to install the pipe as it was covered by insurance and what I wanted. Because I wasnt buying the part from his buddy down the street, Nick felt incensed and became indignant and repugnant from that moment on. Rude and offensive. I now have mismatched pipes that any discerning buyer would recognize. I picked it up from him and his advice to me was sell the care immediately. Hes a scammer and a hustler. Here I was trying to be a good neighbor and support his business and he was turning over my car far worse than before the accident. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. There are plenty of body shops on Pico in the same vicinity. This ones a nightmare.
