When I discovered our dear Mr. Sato sold his business to the Nice Body Shop people, I was hesitant to use them because I didnt know them. However, I was in a bind and didnt feel I had any other acceptable option at the time. My car tangled with a 9 foot metal pipe on the freeway and was in bad shape with extensive engine damage. Toby expertly helped me navigate the process of helping me get my car repaired. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and listened to and addressed my concerns as they arose. She helped me with my insurance and rental car. The repairs to my vehicle were handled expertly (both body and engine) and Toby followed-up afterwards to make sure my car was still in working order after I had driven it a few days.
