They were fast, cheap, but poor quality. If I knew how bad it was going to be I would have went somewhere else.I had a few brackets that were in the way and I told them it was ok to remove. Instead of drilling out the rivets they banged it out with a hammer damaging the A pillar. See attached photos. They didnt take their time laying the silicone and you can globbs from the inside. The weather stripping on the outside has poor connections at the corners and wavy at the bottom. I hope I dont have any water leaks.

Mission Auto Glass quoted me $100 for a NEW windshield they said they had in stock. Once the old glass was off the car, they offered me a used one for $20 less. I declined and asked them to source a new one. During the wait, two young boys started prepping the windshield frame. Minutes into the prep work, they start laying down the sealant without the windshield being at the shop. When the windshield arrives, they layer more sealant and install the windshield. Before I drove off, the only thing I checked was the garnish that sits underneath the wipers. It was missing two screw covers so I asked for $5 off. When I arrive home, I realize that there is black sealant coming into the cabin between the windshield and A-pillar. I start looking under the blue tape and come to realize how poorly executed this job had been. Before they started working on the windshield, they warned me that if anything would break, it would be because my car is old. Yes it’s old but it is well taken care of. One-owner buddy. The windshield molding was almost new before I had these goof balls practice their craft on my Civic. The two screw covers that were missing? It turns out that they had to be installed along with the new windshield or else they won’t stay on. I’m just here to warn potential customers of what could happen to their car.

This place hooks it up, usually can do each window within 45 mins, best prices on that entire block, if your not familiar this entire block is full of competing glass install and tint shops. Highly recommended, its dusty and not in best part of town but if you want the best price, do it.

I went for the first time on April 23 to fix the master switch on my vehicle and it was done quickly which was great but when I paid I asked for a receipt and never got one. They simply said if anything happens just come back and well fix it. I returned today because my master switch broke again after they claimed to have replaced the part with a new one and I asked them to fix it they said they did not remember working on my vehicle and asked for a receipt. I told them they had denied me a receipt the first time. They said they could reach it once again and I would have to pay $90 despite paying this the first time. They denied they had ever worked on my vehicle and simply said they could replace the piece once again but I had to pay again. I had to pay once again and practically beg for receipt. Do not come here they are very unprofessional and rude. They also are not wearing masks despite county and state orders. Do not waste your money or time here.

I went to this place this past Saturday 01/09/2021 to get two used tires and have my wheels balanced. While i went to the atm which is down the street at the chevron and came back they were just about done they had already mounted them and only needed one more tire to mount on to the car so i asked him clearly did you balance the tires. he says yeah. I leave to fresno directly from the shop and once in Santa clarita wheere i start to notice the shaking. clearly symptoms of unbalanced tires. So i take them to walmart and get them balanced and guy said there is no way these tires were balanced,

I went in to replace a tire for my girlfriend, a tire I assumed had a steady leak due to some puncture somewhere but Julio was very helpful in diagnosing that in fact that tire sensor was a bit loose and just needed tightening. The price of the tire I was going to purchase was so cheap I went ahead n grabbed 2 while I was here. Fast installation, more than fair prices and a great and honest work ethic has earned Julio/Mission auto glass and tires a 5 star across the board. What a waste of time, dont trust these guys they probably paid for fake 5 star reviewsI called ahead to get a quote and to see if they had the windshield for my car in stock. They told me they had it in stock and to come by. I drove almost an hour to get to their dump of a shop only for Manuel to tell me they dont have the windshield and they need to order it and that I would need to come back tomorrow. He even called me a liar and said I didnt call them. Wouldnt reccomend

This morning i realized that the small crack on my windshield was worse so i decided to check this place out, at first i wasnt too convinced but with all the great reviews i couldnt say no. Not very friendly. I tried having conversations with them about the new window glass being installed but none of them two working on my window wanted to say anything about it (not even after the installation which show a complete careless attitude). That is poor customer service; they dont care about you and only want your money. Lets face it, in business profit is important but what does it mean when at the end of the day after encountering with careless people which leaves a sour taste in your mouth? Its a bad feeling, and bad feelings ruin your day!
