My parents took their van there to replace a windshield. When they picked it up safelite left black sealant on the hood of the van and the lower seal ripples and has noticeable gaps my parents paid full price and my dad is a disabling vet .safelite techs let them leave the lot without telling them about the mistaken sealer goo all on the hood. Just a bad experience .its not like my parents pick it up early .safelite actually called and said it was ready to pick up. Shameful...
Not bad so far, they are helping me with two pieces of glass for an R8... not exactly common lets hope they come thru as promised, I will update my review after the appointment with more details.
Quick service, good price (less than quoted), but the attention to detail was severely lacking. There was a Viper alarm sticker/flashing light that was attached to the old windshield. When I asked, the tech lied & said it was visible from the outside. It wasnt. I had to go back in again to get him to get it back out. It had rolled up in the corner. Things were great until the lie.
Showed up just before 9am for my windshield replacement appointment. Waited over 1.5 hours just to get turned away because they dont include the side molding for my windshield. You would think a shop would have all of this prepared before you arrive. Called the corporate customer support number and they couldnt help either. Wouldnt recommend this location if youre looking to have your car worked on. If anyone has a recommendation for a better Safelite or alternative shop, feel free to DM me. @parth.pls
They wanted a day for my truck rear glass and gave me an apt for a 1.5hr install. Awful service.Go to sinaloa auto glass 30 min schedule they got my glass with in a hr and 1hr installation. Original glass with ford logo

Tanya here is amazing. She took care of all my concerns, coordinated with my insurance to deal with a windshield replacement on my 2017 Porsche Caymen S. Really went above and beyond, I really felt like the customer service I received was top level. Ive had probably 4 windshields replaced by Safelite over the years, and a couple of windshield repairs, but none on an expensive sports car. To he honest, I was a bit skeptical that it was going to come out to my standards (completely perfect), but they nailed it. The windshield for this car was a special order and Tanya kept me posted the whole way from initial consultation to finished replacement. This place doesnt mess around. They do one thing and they are experts at it. 100% satisfied.

Do your best to choose another business for your windshield repair. The Los Angeles location asks you to drop your vehicle off before 930 for a service that they claim will take 2-3 hrs.There is a bait and switch here after you sign up for the service. I was getting texts that said my vehicle was guaranteed by 5pm. Threw my entire day out as I was waiting for car to be completed. They also texted me saying they will update me on the progress of my vehicle. When 430pm came around and I had received no updates, I contacted the company to which they replied that they had just started the work.Literally thirty mins later, at 5pm I get a text that updates me that they are starting work on my car. RIGHT WHEN THEY CLOSE!I have to pick up the car the next day of course and ask an employee why they are starting the work at 5pm if they guarantee the work to be finished by that time? She told me they finished my car much earlier than the text messages would suggest. They said their SMS system is not working properly. How is someone supposed to plan around this?I spent a fifth of the cost of the service simply on Ubers to and from this location. I had to make some uncomfortable adjustments to my day that included messing with the schedules of coworkers. All because they don’t have their equipment in line. I would suggest highly to use another company or location. Do not expect to receive your vehicle within any time frame that they “guarantee”.
Unfortunately I didnt have a good first impression. They turned me away as the techs couldnt figure out how to remove 2 screws (youd think that was mechanics 101).I called another shop. they came to my house and fixed my rear window in less than an hour. No questions asked.
Terrible. Need my rear window replaced. I wanted to speak with someone from customer service to insure I was placing the correct order. After putting in my VIN, the site gave me a choice between a grey or green window. I chose grey. After completing the order online I became aware that should have chosen green. My appointment was still 5 days away. I could not speak to anyone, I could not edit the order. The service man came two days ago and said, I no can fix. You choose privacy, no green. Now i have to wait 7 more days until they bring out a green window. I just dont understand why they would allow me to select the wrong color window, and then not allow me to edit the order 5 days before the appointment and refuse to answer the phone.
I wished that I have read some of their reviews before I went there. Initially I just want to replace my side windows, but it ended up broking my entire passenger side door.Basically during the process of their workmanship,1. the speaker was broken;2.original rivets have been missing and misplaced;3. and window regulator was broken.I wouldnt find out those problems if my window wasnt broken for the second time in the following day (I know.. it happened again and I didnt even know if it was due to the poor workmanship of Safelite. Of course they denied.)I was told that everything worked fine when I picked up the car. Yes, of course, the window worked fine otherwise how can it be delivered back to client?But would you or anyone uninstall the side door and detach everything to show clients the inside parts, to approve everything fine when clients pick up? I guess no. So when there are problems that cannot be seen directly, they can deny for whatever reasons.The response I received was basically just to deny the poor works and any responsibility. I do not even know why I have to spend thousands dollars now repairing my car due to their faults and how I can afford the situation.Please stay away from this store.
I had a great experience with Safelite AutoGlass. I needed my drivers side window replaced (something wrong with the motor, not the glass). The office was clean including lots of sanitizer, every one was professional and my car was ready earlier than I expected. I highly recommend them.
Horrible service! I came in for an estimate. Asked the worthless women at the front desk for help. I was told to take a seat and she would get a technician. I waited and she never moved to get anyone. I was so frustrated with her laziness I walked out. I will never return to Safelite for ANY service. If they lack the ability to do what I asked for, then imagine the lack of care they will take with your car. I read the reviews but ignored them. Now I know why. I wouldnt recommend coming to this location in the least. Im going to just call a mobil repair rather than dealing with such incompetence. Good luck.
Very fast and great customer service
Great experience. Fast, friendly and excellent work. Everything is done touch less. You drop off your car and hand over the keys. They perform the work and call when ready. Then you pay and your receipt is emailed to you. You can still get a paper receipt if needed. If you book your appointment online, you can find coupon codes to get money off the total bill. Highly recommended.

First time coming to Safelite auto glass repair, it went very well everyone took care of me professionally. Rafael who worked on my car was able to assist me right away and take my vehicle in for repair. It was done a lot sooner then I expected of the work time for the repair thank you guys and I will return here again if I ever need repairs.
I had to get my rear and front windshield replaced and they did a fine job in less than 2 hours. I appreciate the courtesy reminder call the day before since I tend to lose track of my days. They were professional, friendly and mindful of keeping my credit card transaction sterile and clean. Water/Keureg coffee station and charging station is a nice bonus too.

Ive been to this place 3 times in the past and their entire operation top to bottom is top-notch. Online appointments, pre-authorization payment receipts and understanding of what the job will entail, as well as their warranty backing their work is several of the few reasons why weve used. This particular shop has a really great staff and the manager Richard was super helpful and was able to get my car out in time even with a really tight schedule at my end. Much appreciated!

What a great experience! I got a chip on my windshield window yesterday. I set up an appointment for Safelite online today and was able to get an appointment for 3:30pm same day. They easily communicated with my insurance to get the claim filed.The service was professional, friendly, and fast. The waiting area was clean with wifi and coffee.My windshield looks perfect, and even though the mechanic showed me where the fix was I could barely tell it had been chipped and repaired!Overall, I felt like I was a valued customer and like the staff knew what they were doing.
Terrible! You call them and they dont answer their phones! They tell you to go to their website for everything, appointment, customer service, etc. What a terrible company. If you want to deal with humans go elsewhere!

Referred here by my insurance agent. Place was very clean. Staff very friendly and offered coffee snacks and cold drinks. They were very up front about pricing which was surprising and I appreciated no surprises at the end. Just good service and they vacuumed my car
Replaced a windshield and it broke within a month. Low quality replacement over priced go to a body shop and you will get real parts and pay less. Took a chance on this company and got screwed over . I would never use this company again and don’t recommend you do either
You can book an appointment online. Their prices are cheap and their service is so fast i was honestly impressed. Staff is super friendly too and they got snacks in the waiting area which by the way is super clean.

Manager and staff are friendly on the phone but this company overall is a total joke.1. Mobile appointment brought incorrect glass to initial install. 3 days delayed with broken back glass. Couldnt drive my car anywhere.2. Said they could do another mobile appointment in 2 1/2 weeks... so I take it to Pasadena - having to leave work - and they take 3 hours to install my back window. After the install Im inspecting the work and I barely touch some of the exterior trim... it basically pops off of the car! The guy says, oh, the clip must not have held on there! and then takes it back in for an additional 30 min to go glue it this time . The next day I remove the tape - that was not there in the first place - and half of the molding is still loose and it looks like someone drizzled glue all over the place along the edge of it. Additionally, they removed interior trim molding, broke it in the process, and didnt even mention it until I said something.Great, time to call their - stay on hold forever - warranty department.3. Warranty appointment comes to my location to inspect and order parts. Hes apparently so busy telling me how awesome he is compared to other glass installers that he doesnt even order my parts or add notes or photos to my work order.4. 2 weeks later I call to check in and they say the parts are ordered and that they are just waiting for them.5. Call one week later. Nobody actually ordered the parts. Were now over a month beyond initial job.6. Calling daily to get this taken care of and the manager at the La Cienega store - where the issue was somehow transferred to despite the work initially being done in Pasadena - he tells me hell take care of it all and then never calls me back.7. I call again. They have ordered only some of the parts and apparently didnt know the interior molding they destroyed needed to still be replaced. This is despite me doing THEIR job and sending them photos that were already taken by the tech that was busy bragging about himself.Absolutely unbelievable. If you read this review and go there anyway, consider yourself warned.Totally unprofessional.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and taken care of. The staff was great starting from the waiting area to the employees who change the Windows. They explained in detail the whole process and even showed me a another problem where my window was broken. They had coffee, water and snacks at the waiting room. Great place and would definitely recommend to others.

OK, for a place your insurance sends you to.Was told 2 hours, took ~3.5Watched a parade of people having much worse experiences (they locked one customers keys inside the vehicle. Had to call a locksmith.)The keys to my car were flung in the back seat, which seemed odd and unprofessional. No complaints on the new window.They have a Keurig and a TV in the waiting room.
For two days and six phone calls confirming the appointment once he got here he had the wrong parts. Wanted me to wait 2 more days. I do not recommend this company at all. They need to get their act together.

Dont come here. Repair cracked only a few weeks after it was done. Safelite - which is an Ohio company - refuses to do anything essentially. They that they dont have to do anything. Try elsewhere.

Worst experience of my life!!! Not only did they have to schedule me almost 2 weeks out for service, they waited until the day of (was suppose to come to my job for the replacement) to call and ask if I had a heated garage otherwise they couldn’t complete the replacement so I had to cancel and reschedule another week out. A week later they came to my house and brought the wrong windshield and I had to reschedule another week out. Lastly they arrived and said my garage was too cold (42 degrees) and would not complete the work. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I contacted my dealer and got in the same day and had it replaced for 50$ less. I have a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude addition. Satélite was horrible.
They broke my windshield when they tried to repair. Said it would cost $300 to replace, but when it was time for a written estimate, they wanted over $700.
Called no one answered. Afterwards I decided to go for the second time and it was closed before 5 again. They say they close at 5 but they close before worst place to go. There’s no place to park either.
Phone communications not too good. Call back after having a problem with the glass received for my order. First, I could not get through. Once through, no answer and no messaging capability. Well see if they can find me tomorrow to confirm scheduling.

Very good service, they repaired my glass and it looked good, it did not break or gave me problems, they give you the option to pay for it on your own or use your insurance and the price of the repair really seemed very affordable.
