Why things mightve been done incorrectly in the past to cause certain issues. He takes pride in making sure you have full transparency. Carrying a conversation is a rarity these days, especially here in LA. I called 5 days ago to order a windshield and mentioned I cant come in right away, Im getting my second vaccine shot. I started shopping around to replace my windshield when the quote I received from a large auto glass company seemed unreasonably high, not to mention, their timeline to fix my Jeep Wrangler was several weeks out. I found Universal Auto Glass and saw such great reviews. I left a message around 10PM and by 8 the next morning I received a call from Gus offering to fix my windshield that afternoon and for significantly less than the larger company. He called me with updates throughout the process, was incredibly professional, and accommodating to my schedule. I will definitely be returning!

These guys are awesome. They came over before I left for work and hooked me up with a brand new windshield that was an OEM part (made by the same manufacturer that the car company uses) for over $100 LESS than the dealer was offering! Adolfo and Bernie were both totally professional and pleasant. If youre in NE Los Angeles and you need glass for your car, why would go anywhere else? They rock!
