They came to me to fix the window on my car. Took the time to explain what needed done and were efficient and fixed my problem within 20 minutes. I recommend them to anyone who has problems with their power windows.

Im overall very pleased with the service Ive received. They came to my office all the way out by LAX and fixed the window on my Volt in about an hour. Guy that did the repairs was very friendly and knowledgeable about his work; I appreciated that he made a point to explain exactly which part had failed and what hed done to replace it.Two months later though, the replacement part suddenly fails. Luckily, they were very quick to honor their two year warranty, and had it fixed the next day! This service is a great price and they really stand by their work.

Called another mobile repair service and got a recording. Left message three times but never got called backed. Called these guys and got a live voice. Said he happened to be in my area and be at my place in a few minutes and have the job done within the hour. Courteous, professional, quick and reasonably priced. Great technician and great price. My drivers window stopped working two Fridays ago during the afternoon. My co-worker referred me to LA power windows after I complained that I dont have energy to go to my mechanic. I must say that I was tempted to fix it right away only because LA power window mobile service. I called on my way home and a nice representative was very detailed and efficient coming up with a quote to repair my problem (whiting literally less than five minutes). I scheduled with him to send a technician on Sunday to my friends house to repair my window (while we were watching the super ball, which by the way, sorry all Seahawks fans). The repair took less than an hour and everything was clean and working properly.I highly recommend this company if you are having any issues with your power windows. Much faster and cheaper than most mechanics I know (not to mention the comfort with their mobile service).Thank you guys!

This guys are great... i had a problem with my rear window...every other company that i asked want me to leave my car for a few hours but not this guys...they came to my house... the technician was a pro he fix the problem in an hour and the price was much cheaper then all other places...highly recommended!!!!!!!!!

2nd time my car was serviced by Ron. First was the driver side of my BMW and now the passenger side. I was surprised that he even told me that there was no need to replace my regulator as the windows only mis-aligned due to extreme heat. (I live in the valley). Ron was also very skilled fixing my windows. I like that he was straight to the point and just did what he had to do. They also have the best price. Other companies I tried to call charges me for over 200$. He would charge me 175$ if the regulator was needed to be replaced but he charged me 89$ since he did not need to replace the regulator of my passenger side. I recommend giving them a call if you have problems with your car windows.

If I could, I would give this rude individual (Ron) zero stars. He didnt want me anywhere near him while he was working on my vehicle. In fact, he threatened to leave if I stuck around. Reluctantly I obliged. After about 30 minutes, he was done and when I asked him if he had to replace any hardware and he told me to stop acting stupid and that he had already given me an estimate over the phone. At which point he really got me angry and I told him he was terrible at customer service (among other things), to which he responded he was a mechanic and not here to provide customer service. If I wanted customer service I could go to the dealership and pay much more. Although he repaired the window I wouldnt recommend him. The most rude person Ive ever encountered. Its a miracle hes in business.
