I bought a cayenne from this Porsche dealer two days ago. Compare with Ontario and Pasadena Porsche dealers they definitely have more vehicles in stock and better service. Everyone works there are super friendly and treat you as guest. I would recommend my sales- Preston Jimenez to everyone. He was so nice and patient to introduced the vehicle function, run for the paperwork for us and even offered a test drive before we ask. It was a good experience of car purchasing with him!

Everything went smoothly but I have never experienced or heard a requirement to pay local sales tax unless the vehicle is shipped if the vehicle is to be registered out of state.

I was an out-of-state buyer and I tried to purchase a used vehicle from Porsche Downtown LA. I was informed by my SA that this dealership does this all of the time.They sent me a description of the vehicle, spec sheet, pictures, milage and a price. I was told funds are required in 24 hours, or no deal.I managed to pull off sending the funds in 24 hours, and then I waited. Two days later I was informed by the dealership that they decided - no deal.It took over a week and several phone calls to get my money back and in the end, Im out a vehicle and my cost to electronically transfer the funds.Buyer beware, as I would not trust this dealership.

Almost annually I purchase / lease cars all the time for personal pleasure, and this one was my worst experience and I doubt I could ever experience anything worse than this.In regards to documents related to the lease terms, Porsche of DTLA provided 2 different versions: first was with incomplete / blank information, and the second had a different dollar amount than the first version..I brought up my concerns to them via email which resulted at the end of them simply emailing me copy of my payment being refunded.Both documents included a last paragraph about this dealership’s obligation to deliver the car 72 hours after it arrive.A 911 order can take about 2 months, and after waiting for over 6 weeks then the car that I customized / built online was taken away from me. The great news was that I had a second 911 coming from their neighbor dealership and they stayed truth to their commitment.

I initially found the Cayenne I purchased from Porsche Downtown LA through online searches. Once I expressed interest, I promptly received a text from Robert asking if it would be OK if he called me. I agreed and was pleased to find Robert was not a pushing salesman type, he was in fact very polite and helpful. This is my first Porsche so I had a number of questions about the car, Robert was very patient and gave thorough, detailed answers to each of my questions. Overall, I had a great experience with this dealership and would highly recommend asking for Robert Tehrani!

Me and my husband came to check out some models that we have interest in. Upon arriving we noticed a couple Sales Reps were sort of engaging with other potential buyers.As we approached an ideal model - there was no one to greet us. Even though there were two/three associates walking right past us; they did not greet us or asked us what brought us in. Even the bald gentlemen that was helping a woman looked right us and did not even ask if we needed assistance or that someone would be out to assist us as soon as theyre available. I am appalled that the type of service that was not given or even the smallest acknowledgement.We will not be returning to this location - the disappointment is beyond us! In 2020 even the one of the worlds immaculate car designs sales team is so disconnected and creates space to lose good honest buyers and make a humanely good sale/connection.

Had been looking for a specific hard to find car for over a year, finally found the exact car in the color I wanted at Porsche DTLA. Very unhappy with my recent experience. After shopping online and finding a car close to the spec I’d consider purchasing, I came down to the dealer (7/1 11:30am) to check it out in person.When I walked into the dealer, there were to women at the receptionist desk. Neither spoke/greeted us. The vehicle I was interested in, a Cayenne Turbo Coupe was sitting next to the desk the ladies were at. I proceeded to view the car inside and out while they looked at me out the corner of their eye. A couple walked in 10 minutes after me and received the “Welcome to Porsche!” Greeting.I’m assuming that warm welcome and hospitality is only reserved for certain customers. I had this issue back in 2008 and started doing business with McKenna Porsche. I gave this dealer a try again due to the fact they had the car I wanted. After being in the showroom for 20 minutes with NO ONE but the cleaning lady acknowledging me, I decided to leave.This left a bad taste in my mouth for the second time and I’ll decline purchasing a car from Porsche.

After making an appointment, and driving in to look at a specific vehicle, I was rather surprised to find out the dealer was asking $15k over the MSRP shown online for the car, or as the website politely puts it in very small print at the bottom of the page: Disclaimer: Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price... Dealer sets actual selling price....please verify information with a customer service rep. This is easily done by calling ... or by visiting us at the dealership. So call ahead, check the real price, and save yourself some time.

Took my car in for a diagnostic as there was a leak of pink fluid. They did let me know where the leak originated from, so that was great; however, they also recommend unnecessary work such as an oil change (I had one completed at last manufacturers suggested interval), reported my tires and breaks were extremely worn (both were replaced in past two years and I drive very little, so this is questionable.)What really bothered me was that when I refused for them to perform the service, they attempted to argue with me about the service interval (their dealership recommends 1/2 interval of manufacturer) them followed that by claiming that I didnt maintain my car properly. To which I responded that they could check the service records as they were all in the glove box.

Very disappointed with my experience dealing with internet sales manager Jay Huffschmidt. I was interested in purchasing a used Panamera 4S Porsche Downtown LA had in stock but didnt have the flexibility to visit the dealership prior to purchase and needed the vehicle shipped to me. Was told he would speak to his manager to see if that was a possibility and that it was on a case by case basis. I was blown off and no answer given. I purchased a 2017 low milage Panamera 4S via a different dealer. Al it would take is 2 minutes to email me and say no.

Worst experience ever. Wasted so much of my time.Service team lied to me about my tire wear out and tried to fool me to buy 4 new tires and gave me a quote of $1800+. They even put a wrong numbers on the documents to lie to me. After the confrontation, there was no apology.Also they lied to me about so many extra fees and when I turned my car to another dealership, none of those fees are required by the state.Well, Im actually thinking about suing this place for being such a scam. If you want to become a Porsche owner, DO NOT GO THERE.

I wont go in detail but exhausting, Then third time i arrived to pick up my car my front bumper was chipped off? bad experience since day one. Ill never return again.

Very impressed with their service.Driving from Newport Beach to LA I got a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon. Got my car towed to the downtown LA Porsche, unfortunately they didn’t have my tires in stock and needed to order one and would have taken 3 days before I get my car back.I spoke to Jonathan and he called around and got me a tire in half an hour delivered to the dealer and Rambo in service department took care of it immediately.I’m a plastic surgeon and understands the value of good customer service. These guys are truly 5 star service.

They dont even deserve a single star. I let them drive off my car for a service and they took almost a day and my car still makes a noise at every break. Even worse, they stole two sun glasses and a hoodie and there was a gum spit on the bottom of front seat. I initially called them and warned them before I called police and Vicky, the manager, argued that no one could have done that and it is not their responsibility to take care of belongings in the car. After reviewing the blackbox camera the problem I could finally get their confession. And still I am struggling to get all the money paid back after a month.If you do not wantLate ServiceSpitted gum in your carTheftProblem Not fixed with your caryou DO NOT want to get any service here.I really hope you dont experience the same level of service anywhere like this place.

HORRIBLE Service. I called to enquire and get the process started on a new 911 in manual for European Delivery and the salesman, John, told me I was jumping the gun and refused to help me get things started. Quite crazy how such a premium, sought after brand could have such terrible customer service & support. This we dont need your business mentality is quite damaging to the Porsche brand, in my opinion, and has definitely tainted my buying experience. Needless to say, Ill take my business elsewhere (not that they care).

A valet attendant had to park my car. I refused to have anyone touch my car. They were cool about it. Low balled me on my trade in. They werent snobby like other Porsche dealers.

In 2016, I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan fully-loaded at Downtown L.A. Porsche. The sales experience – from test driving four different Porsche SUV and sports-car models, to the calm negotiations – was the most professional in 31 years of car-purchases.Yet, my 2019 customer service and car repair EXCEEDED this positive sales experience. The one throughline in these experiences is DTLA GM Victor Ghassemi. In short, my tires were defective and there was a battery issue. After I talked with a closer dealer who tried to upsell me roughly $3000 in repairs, I reached back to Downtown L.A. Porsche.Within 48 hours, Victor’s professional driver picked-up (and later delivered) my Macan for free. Victor took care of every issue with astonishing generosity. DTLA Porsche service representative Irwin delivered Victor’s directives with organization and timeliness. The whole experience once again made other car brands and service pale in comparison.Thank you, Victor and DTLA Porsche. Like the car, you put the driver and customer first.

Horrible Experience, bought a Panamera from there, some months later i took the car to another Porsche dealer because of a sound i heard in the rear axle, they told me that one of the rear tires didnt match the rest. I call Dtla Porsche, they told me we could have solved the problem, they had me drive 80 miles just to tell me it wasnt there fault. Some Customer service i guess. Reading positive reviews off the web can seem comforting, however, imagine if they sold you a car with a minor problem that could have been resolved quite easily (a set of new rear tires). What would have happened with a more serious matter? However, resolving the problem by myself wasnt a problem, its just that disappointment you feel at the end of the day.

Never buy a Porsche. Customer service is by far the worst of any luxury car. The dealers in Los Angeles are paid under the table to recommend corrupt auto body shops like Elis. Warranty hardly covers anything, and the cars begin to breakdown around 30,000 miles. The dealers are very difficult and you cant have a more unpleasant experience.

Those key fob need to replace battery and reprogramming every years.and than Service department manager (i dont know that her name)want me to buy another new key fob.but its still same problem with new key.They saidi dont know why. Because we r not make battery and key fob.i spent $350 2 fob $250 for 2times programmings 1time$100 key copy.still cant use my key fob.OMG!!!!

Realistically the review is a 4.5 or so, but rounding up be fair. I dealt with Irwin Merida here at Porsche of Downtown Los Angeles once Beverly Hills Porsche gave me the experience of my life, and not in a good way. The first person I spoke with, a woman, was a bit blunt and not very friendly or helpful. But then Irwin Merida took over, and immediately I could tell that something was different. He was straightforward, friendly, and most importantly, honest. He told me what he would and could do, what he couldnt do, what my options were, and what he expected the situation to be like. A day later I get a call from him and all my concerns were taken care of. The only negative was that I had a oil change done at the same time and the technician overfilled my oil. But putting aside the technicians one small mix-up, Irwin Merida and the service department here was A+, and my warranty work was taken care of in a reasonable and timely manner, and performed properly.I also recently placed an order for some parts that are hard to find. Their parts department was able to track down and locate the parts that I needed, and have placed everything on order. Their prices were lower than not only other dealerships, but my indy shop as well. Amazing! All in all, this dealership is highly recommended for parts and service!

I bought my Porsche 911 Carrera S Coupe here. I put the poor salesmen through hell, as I was bidding on cars at four other dealerships. In the end, this dealership had the best price.With only one exception I have serviced my Carrera here exclusively, even after it went out of its CPO status. Vicki Carbone runs a tight service department. She even accommodated me when I asked for all 16 pages of Piwis Tester diagnostics before I decided to purchase the car. The mechanics here are also top notch, and I have never been disappointed in their work.

A month ago I was in LA for a Bachelorette Weekend and with some hours to kill before heading to the airport, I decided to stopped by a Porsche of Downtown LA since it wasnt very far from my hotel. I live in Texas and wanted to show my girlfriends the 2016 Macan S, which I was planning to purchase at a dealership back in Austin. We were greeted immediately by the staff whom were all very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They werent at all aggressive or pushy on expecting a purchase.Elvis Baldal even took the time to show me all the high-tech functions the car had to offer. I dont know if it was Elvis sales savvy or the aroma of the new car smell, but next thing I know Im signing papers with Lauren Castanos, a Finance Manager who helped me with the entire purchase. I had concerns buying a car out of state, but she walked me through the entire process; she made me aware of taxes, shipping information, etc, so there were no unexpected financial surprises. About a week later, Marni the Macan was delivered to my driveway and shes more gorgeous than I remembered. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own and I appreciate the staff, especially Lauren and Elvis for making it such a seamless car buying experience.
