I needed to fix my little bucket and decided to hop on yelp to see what was affordable and around the area. Since this place had 4 stars I decided to check it out. Oscar was awesome! My check engine light was on and he was kind enough not to charge me to let me know what was was wrong with it. He charged me a adorable rate and best of all he was honest. He was also kind enough to call around a couple places to see if he could find me some cheap new tires. The simple fact that he went above and beyond will definitely make me come back and also recommend all my friends and family to his shop.

I‘ve been going to N T Auto for about two years and always had a great experience. I needed to get my car serviced again so I called the place to check if they’re open but no one ever picked up. I drove to N T Auto this past Monday at around 4pm and it was closed. I’m not sure if they’re closed permanently or temporarily.

Real honest place. Definitely a must go if u have any concerns with your car. They will freely inspect and tell you honestly if your car needs what you are asking for. They try to genuinely save you the money. No complaints here! Great place.

Trustworthy! I felt like my car had loose steering wheel issues. Felt like it and recently got my tires replaced because they wore down to nothing in no time at all and wanted to check all causes that couldve done this before really wrecking my car. Honda was less than helpful and also a little farther away.They checked what the issue could be fore free and were thorough and trustworthy, no one tried to upsell me on parts or services unrelated and unneeded. Thorough without feeling like they were dilly-dallying.Im happy that I now live so close to a good mechanic.Maybe helpful to others: if you did need service there was a sign on the wall saying their hourly rate was 90/h. Compared to most mechanic prices ive seen thats a good price.

Excellent reliable and honest service! I recently took my car here for an oil change. It wasnt easy to find it because of the nearby construction. Once I arrived I did not have to wait at all to get service. The workers performed the oil change in a timely manner and addressesed all my concerns. They also gave me feedback I needed to maintain my vehicle since it doesnt require oil changes as often.

The best price in all of flushing! They try to teach not sell. Very clean and satisfying job, the staff is always filled with such knowledgeable crew.

In the past I had an auto repair shop I loved but they shut down and I never heard about them again. Its tough being a girl who knows nothing about cars when your car suddenly overheats and you have to tow it somewhere. They were so transparent with me, checked that I was okay with what they were going to do and the charges before anything was done. He showed me exactly the part he replaced and the old version to show me what was damaged. The price was $1,500 less than the dealership and a few hundred less than every other place I went. He barely made a profit and took so much time with me. He even stayed late so I could get my car after they closed. This was a very long time ago, but someone just asked me for a recommendation and I remember how great they were in my time of need.

Ive been to N-T Auto multiple times now and they always give great service. The mechanics are all honest people; one time I went in to have my brake fluid changed (as recommended by my manual). Instead of taking my money and running, they let me know that theyd take a look but it probably wouldnt be necessary yet. Another time I came in to get a light fixed and the mechanic did it on the spot, maybe 10 mins, and only charged me for the part, no labor charge. And they are always polite and helpful.Also, free lemons if youre into that.

One of those rare repair shops where the mechanics are honest and love to do a proper job. Highly recommended for older Japanese cars, they take pride in getting things fixed properly and at a fair price.
