I ventured to this place due to a free bagel and coffee special. Go early so they dont run out of their popular bagel flavors. I enjoyed my whole wheat everything bagel with plain cream cheese. The bagel sandwiches look massive and hearty but I havent had one. The staff is pleasant and quick. Theres indoor and outdoor dining and free parking. They have sales for different flavored smears and juices.Overall its a pretty decent bagel shop.

Visited July 8, 2021Another unexpected yet awesome find. Before heading back to LAX to head back home to east coast, we stopped for some breakfast. So clean!I ordered an Everything Bagel with scrambled eggs and bacon and coffee. The coffee was really good. You pour yourself and add the fixings which I prefer. And what was amazing is you can they have an coffee ice cube dispenser! So if you want to cool your coffee or not want to scald your tongue, add a cube or two.As for my breakfast sandwich, YUMM-O!Verdict: definitely check out.

Great bagels! But for last year my go tois getting corn and blueberry muffins every sunday. Corn are still fantastic but recent change in blueberry has to be addressed. Blueberries cooked on top now, none in muffin but a little juice. New muffin maker? Still the go to place in the area.

Really good bagels that sometimes sell out on the good stuff if you dont get there early on weekends. Great tooth and texture to the bagel. The bagel sandwiches are a little pricier than youd expect, but what isnt! We skip other bagel places and make the drive to Westchester to get these bagels almost every week.

Excellent location for a good sandwich. Indoor and outdoor seating was available. Shop was spotlessly clean. Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. I had a Ruben sandwich with Pastrami and mustard on sour dough bread which was incredibly delicious. Small TV in the corner. Just a great neighborhood sandwich shop that opened early.

Decent bagels, though not a real NY bagel. Crust is decent but the crumb / inside is more cakey and lacks the chew a good NY bagel has. Major plus, the everything bagel has seasoning on both sides of the bagel. Downside, its a little heavy on salt in the mix. Good variety of coffee beverages that arent terrible like a NY bagel shop.

Heads up: website prices and actual prices are not the same. No reason there should be a $3 difference for a single item (Brooklyn sandwich, online menu: $6.99, at store: $9.99). I guess the store menu does not show all prices for a reason. The coffee is below average and absolutely not worth your money. Dont fall for The Cubsta hype, you will regret it. Overpriced, long wait, customer service isnt great. More Williamsburg than Brooklyn. Skip it.

Bagels are great. Love the onion. But, on multiple occasions now the cinnamon raisin bagel had literally one raisin. Personally when I order a bagel with raisins, Id like to not have to go on a quest to actually find a raisin in the bagel. Happily give 5 stars, if this stops happening.

Popular spot for Westchester residents, especially on weekends. Prepare to stand in line. Excellent Bagel quality. Disappointingly, there was only a tiny sprinkle.

First rate bagels. I dont know about the rest of the food here, but the bagels are really good. I tried an assortment, some of which are hardly authentic old style New York Bagels, but all of them are good. I did like the asiago and jalapeno in spite of myself. The basic flavors, such as egg water and onion, are all up to par. Probably my favorite bagels in Los Angeles right now.

Best bagel shop! I love the iced coffee ice cubes, and the water from the soda fountain is the best water in the city - coincidentally, its also the ultra-filtered water they make the bagels with. Their everything bagel is the best because everything sticks to it and theres just a little salt on it.

Got back from a trip to NYC and I found this place and fell in love with their bagels. Also the coffee is pretty good here.

Very Long wait after ordering, good bagels. The bagels are good, especially by LA standards. But they are not with the wait. I went on a Sunday at 10:15 am and it took me 25 minutes to get 2 scooped n toasted bagels with cream cheese. Place was crowded but not overflowing.I think they need to hire more people, or simply better management, to meet the demand in the morning. Such a simple order should not take so long.

An
Review №60

The bagels are legit. Yes. But they forgot the NY prices and the NY hustle. Everything here is overpriced. Like WAY overpriced. Then if you can somehow against all odds get their employees to understand the complexity of a toasted everything with cream cheese - you have a 60% chance of getting the correct order after a 15 minute wait. Even when there’s no line they somehow find a way to keep you there for 20 minutes and get you to spend 20 bucks. A simple, quick, cheap NY breakfast turned into an expensive time waster of a tourist trap. I’ll just wait to visit home for my bagel fix.

I love coming to this place if I happen to be up early enough :) They serve a variety of bagels and spreads as well as bagel sandwiches. They also serve breakfast platters and have a coffee bar. The coffee bar is a long row of self serve hot and iced coffee. They have regular coffees as well as flavored ones. They have milk dispensers that have whole milk, non fat etc. My FAVORITE thing is the ice cubes made of frozen coffee. Because the ice cubes are made of coffee instead of water, your coffee doesnt get diluted as the ice cubes melt!

We plan to stop by Brooklyn Water Bagel every time we are in the area for morning LAX flights for us or family members. Their bagels are amazing, omelettes are tasty, and they have a great assortment of coffees and juices to suit any palate. Our most recent visit was a bit off kilter service-wise. I used to be able to order a breakfast sandwich on a bagel with grilled mushrooms, onions, spinach, tomatoes, and my choice of cheese, NO eggs, but this particular visit the gal at the register refused that request... Mind you, I have been getting the same thing for years (vegetarian with a vegan slant) with no problems, so perhaps something recently changed? They also charged for but forgot the avocado on my husbands omelette and didnt bring an order of hash browns for one order and a mozzarella sandwich for another order until everyone else was pretty much done eating. We will try them again, as every other visit we have been pleased with. Hopefully our experience next time goes back to the service they typically have!
