Ordered Lakers Birthday Bouquet for delivery between 9am and 11am on a Saturday. Well, it is now 11:03am and the order is not here. When I call the shop, there is a busy signal (haven’t heard one of those in ages!) and there is no tracking information. Disappointed. Update: Balloons did arrive in the afternoon.

Walked to the store today to get some balloons for my sons birthday (wanted to support a local business), and the store wasnt open during its posted hours. The owner should probably make sure employees are there during their posted times. Im not going to waste my time walking there again.Oh well, back to Paper Source I go!

My friend always sends Any Occasion Balloons to my house for parties and special events. Most recently she ordered a bunch of balloons for my moms 86th birthday. As usual, they were BEYOND beautiful. It brightened up the very small, Covid-safe gathering we had. The young man, who delivered the balloons, was masked up and ever so pleasant. I LOVE this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to brighten up any celebration.

The bouquet that Kimble created for my mothers 99th birthday was absolutely perfect and well exceeded expectations. I drive by this place regularly. I went in to inquire about a balloon arrangement for my daughters upcoming birthday party. Just as I walked into the store approaching the counter. A lady who happens to be the owner. Greeted me by asking whats up? I replied hello, and asked her about a balloon archway. She instantly asked me in an aggressive tone where at? Shocked by her demeanor. I accidentally said the wrong name of the park and she quickly replied, Oh we dont go that far in an aggressive tone. I replied okay, and left in disbelief of her attitude. I would not recommend nor suggest anyone whos looking to celebrate a joyous occasion to go here for balloons or decorations.

This is the 2nd time coming here; great staff and will help anyone out for their celebration needs. Of course you must treat other with respect and manners to achieve a successful business encounter¡! ... I encourage everyone to come by and check this establishment out.
