Good experience with Blue Bath. They have quality products you can’t find at your local home improvement warehouse. We bought two granite sinks that were not compatible with our remodel and were able to exchange them for stainless steel ones with the help of the store manager, Brad. Highly recommend their products and service.

I have placed two orders with this company for the same faucet. The first one was great. The second time the incorrect finish of the faucet was sent. They asked me to send them photos of the box, which I did not knowing what they would be used for. They said they reached out to the manufacturer but they were unwilling to take them back as a result of it being outside the return window. I realized that I had errantly photographed the old box and subsequently sent updated photos of the new box. When I called and spoke with Brad, he stated that they would take the product back but their would be a restocking fee of 15%. It didnt seem right for me to pay for the restocking fee when this wasnt my fault. When I pressed further, he commented You will just have to leave a negative review and then proceeded to hang up on me. A real class act and astute business person!

Blue bath is a hidden gem. This kitchen and bath supplies website have great prices and their service is always above and beyond. I know them for several years and never had any problem that was not resolved to my satisfaction - Even when the mistake was mine. As a general contractor I love working with them. The products they choose to sell are top of the line.

Horrible service - restrictive policies - use fine print. I would never buy something from them. Read Rebecca’s comment - clearly a retailer whose doesn’t stand behind their customers. Better options everywhere.

I purchased a farmhouse sink from this facility. I got it at a great price, then had it professionally installed, purchased the protective grid and after 6 months it cracked....When I appealed to Blue Bath they told me that the manufacturer would not replace the sink as it cracked through abuse....The crack is about 10long... along the right side where the side meets the bottom. Since when is washing dishes abusing a sink?.. Theres no way you can drop anything at the spot where this crack occurred especially with the grid on the bottom. I was offered a discount on a new sink. How about standing behind your product? I would still have to pay for removal of the damaged sink and installation of the new one. Every time I use the sink I see the crack and it makes me mad.......Think twice about buying from this company.

I chose Blue Bath because of good reviews and recommendations on Pinterest. Very impressed. Online chat with Natassia who was very helpful, rapid shipping, very well packaged shipping boxes/foam, perfect condition of sink, as well as the Whitehaus 36 farm sink itself, were all an excellent experience. Couldnt have asked for an easier, more smooth process of buying a very large porcelain sink online. I was quite nervous about the potential outcome but no need, because the entire experience went perfect. Would and will HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Blue Bath!!

I special ordered sinks from this company for a time sensitive project, paid over $100 for next day shipping, only to find out 4 days later when I called Blue Bath myself, that these sinks were out of stock. My order should never have been taken, nor my credit card charged, for sinks that were not even available. This was more than an inconvenience to me as described in their email explanation, this was a huge hindrance to my business. We had given our word to an important client that we had purchased the sinks required for the project and then we were forced to go back to our client and tell them, we were unable to purchase these sinks after all. I am still waiting on a refund to be issued to may card. I would NOT recommend ordering from this site.

Found what I wanted for the best price and it was delivered for free to my door. Fireclay sink was packaged well. I will definitely use Bluebath again.

Just ordered 10 medicine cabinets for a new building I am renovating. Was amazed by the price- It was cheaper than any other dealer I contacted. Im glad I found them last week when my new assistant just happened to know them because she bought a faucet from the warehouse last year.
