Bought gold filled and color off with a month. Worn twice only.

Avoid shopping here. Terrible customer service. Ordered an item based off of image on website. Was told it was not in stock, and then shortly after was told the shipment miraculously just came in. Sent completely different item then what web pictures showed. Contacted them with pictures and they gave me a run around asking to see the packaging. They admitted the description did not match the pictures on their website. Their solution was to send me a payment request for $54 more than what I paid to send me the correct item that they should have had on their website. Told me to expect a refund to take a while once I sent the incorrect item back.

Really bad experience.. bought earring findings for 500$, some of them claimed to be solid 14K gold, but they got tarnished and rusty right after they were given to the customer, no response what so ever to more then 5 emails. It is the first time in 10 years i buy a gold item that get tarnished ! really poor business, be aware and dont buy from this shop what so ever they will scam you guaranteed!

They a good place to order from but when trying to get your money back, they lie so bad. I dnt recommend them to anyone when trying to do a refund because it’s been about a month and I’m still trying to get mine after so many attempts and them telling me I would receive my money on Friday and still haven’t gotten it. They got they merchandise on 12-09-19 and told me I should get my $ and right now to this day I keep calling and they keep telling me the exact same thing and I still haven’t gotten it, so now I’m about to call PayPal and let them dispute it

I ordered online and while most things were great and well-priced, I received one half of a clasp. I checked and both sides should have been included. I emailed and got no response. I wouldnt have posted this here (I have emailed again) but I saw that the owner checks here and responded to another low rating. To owner: Gotta tell ya, its much better to answer your emails rather than get a bad review online. Ill happily change this (if the opportunity is available) if and when I get a satisfactory response.

The prices are AMAZING! Quality material.

The most disorganised company. They messaged me saying they were out of stock of a certain item and asked if I would like to wait for it so I did for three weeks. Then they messaged me saying that that item was discontinued?!? So I have no items and no refund. Will not be back a second time, International postage cost was ridiculously expensive too. If you are shopping online for findings I recommend you go somewhere else.

I order chain by foot online and find Bella has top quality and best price and I have never had a problem from them or their sister company. Very happy.

People here are very helpful and kind. Price is reasonable. Very good place to purchase jewelry parts.

Do not have any fixed price, if you are familiar with price will be charged differently. My sister purchased some findings and beads for me since I could not make a trip to Downtown. I wrote a list of products to buy on a piece of paper she was charged two to two and half times more. Taking advantage of people who do not know anything.
