This review is really for Mary because I have not received the furniture yet I can’t speak on that, but we are excited to receive it. Mary was excellent from the start. She greeted me at the door, showed me around the store, talked about measurements and what inventory would be available. We are in a big move to the East coast and having this out of the way is a huge relief. Mary was calm, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and patient as I went back and forth between sectionals. Highly recommend this location and ask for Mary!

I brought my mother in law to look at some sofa sets. We were so happy with the showroom pieces and everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the free snacks came in very handy with a rambunctious toddler. Our exceptional salesperson, Marvin, went above and beyond in customer service. He explained pieces and prices in a way that my MIL understood and was confidant in her decisions. He was also very patient and kind with my toddler. I would be more than happy to recommend this store to any one looking for new furniture.

Rhea was exceptional. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She talked to us to understand and know what we want and need. To her it is not just trying to make a sale for a commission. She really spending the time to get to know my wife and I so she can help us to make the right choices in choosing what we really need. Had the pleasure of dropping by our local Bobs a few weeks ago because it was time to buy a new couch. Admittedly, this was our first time shopping for furniture outside of smaller mom and pop stores, so we really didnt know what to expect. To our surprise, the entire experience was nothing short of amazing.We worked with an incredible sales rep (not sure if that is the official title used) named RHEA, who went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I were able to find the couch that WE needed. No pressure, no pushing us in any direction, just a person answering all of our questions and not trying to rush us into anything. RHEA was awesome - so friendly and personable that it didnt feel like we were customers, just a couple of folks talking couches and life.Honestly, weve never had a more pleasant experience. RHEA literally took us through the entire store and helped us try on just about every couch until we found ours. On top of the great service, we also got a terrific deal on a really great couch.Buying large home furniture isnt something that most of us do on a regular basis, so when we have to, the experience should be a positive one during and after. Here at this specific Bobs we got that and more. Thank you RHEA and Bobs for the great shopping experience and the great deal. We absolutely love our new couch - Im sure the dogs would too ... if wed let them.

Yesterday my mother and I came into Bobs desperately looking for a mattress that would acquire to all her comfort needs. Although he didn’t speak any Spanish still managed to fulfill her desires. Manny allowed us to lay and try on several mattresses throughout the store and explained their comfort needs. We are happy with Manny’s professional service and opinions!

SCAM!!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!Don’t go in here!!! Sales people scammers too!! RAYMOND HLAVAC is the worst sales person in there! He scammed us! He promised insurance that we never got, he sent the order wrong and charged us $60 to open an account to start the payments. By the time we got the item the account was expired.. they end up asking more money to open another account! Raymond made me ran my credit too..For a thousand dollar couch the order was sent wrong after 4 MONTHS!!!We paid $120for delivery!! I asked for a refund and they said they can’t do that! Instead they offered me a $200 gift card to make up for their mistake, I never got the gift card!Either way, why I need a gift card? To go back to them? And go through this all over again?I wanted to pay in full at the store, but Raymond convinced us that wasn’t the best option. He told us that the best way to purchase and get their free insurance for the couch is by financing it through Progressive (Bob doesn’t take payments, they use a third party called Progressive and you’ve to pay $60 to open an account with them). I wanted to pay in full at the store!! He said that wasn’t an option!! You can pay only after the item is delivered according to him..He promised that if we make our payment in full or within 90days after we get the couch we will get GOOFPROOF which is the insurance they offer for the couch in case of damage. I called after I paid my couch in full today and they told me that they DON’T OFFER GOOFPROOF because I sign for “lease to buy option ” that Raymond offered us by saying that’s the best option of payment to get goofproof.I’ve been on the phone with Progressive for the expired account for 2hours! And 3hours with Bobs! I called again different days for multiple hours! Their customer service is very bad, they don’t know how to do their job and waste your time.. every person say something different and they contradict themselves, they don’t know how to solve the problem and keep transfer the calls for hours!!!! I’ve spoken to at least 10 employees, plus managers on site and sales people! Everybody promise something different and they contradict themselves! Nothing gets done!!! Whoever is reading this, DON’T GO IN HERE, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! We’re going to Business Bureau for a report and we’re gonna open a lawsuit against the company!!! They cheat people! Check Yelp, the reviews are fake in here!!

I bought a recliner sectional couch for $2400! The worst thing I ever did!! First of all it took 2 months to get the whole couch. It was delivered from China. Secondly the motor goes out every month and the haven’t replaced. That was august 2020. It’s September and I’ve never enjoyed the whole couch. Do not buy a thing out of here!!! Run!!!

This was the quickest furniture buying trip I’ve ever been on! Customer service was just right for my taste. I was left alone to browse and then as soon as I had a question, Raymond was right there to answer it. He clearly loves his job! He was genuinely enthusiastic to talk about the couches with me! He is very knowledgeable. Making a purchase like this is a big deal for me. It’s a lot of money to spend and Raymond made me comfortable and confident that I had made a good decision and i would be taken care of if there were any issues.

This is a great place to buy. As I walk in I was greeted by Samantha. She’s a great salesperson who understands your needs and explains everything before you buy it. After a bad experience across the street in Living Spaces (nothing in stock, clueless salesperson), we went in to Bob’s, looking for in stock recliner chairs. Rhea, our sales consultant, was great. I went in looking for a dinning table, after having a bad experience elsewhere I decided to go into Bobs furniture. I walked in with my husband and 3 children. My experience at Bobs Discount Furniture was nothing short of positive. The salesman Antoine was very informative knowledgeable about the products and services offered. He was very upfront and transparent and I really appreciate that. He took the time to answer all of my questions and did so in a friendly manner that made me feel comfortable.

Gladis very carefully redid the order, which contained a few errors from the phone order. She made sure that all of the old entries were properly deleted, and the new entries were correctly entered along with properly capturing the shipping and delivery information. The devil is in the details, and she got rid of all the Gremlins!

I walked into the store with limited knowledge on bed frames. I wasn’t really sure what was in the store and didn’t have much of a plan on what exactly I was looking for. Raymond approached me immediately and very professionally. He showed me the frames and then educated me on the different type of frames the store offered. He also showed me the power bases that the store offered. He gave me a demonstration and changed my perception of what comfortability truly is. He’s a great employee and deserves praise and recognition.
