My coworker begged me to try this spot out. Since Im on a review writing spree I decided to share my experience at this place as well. Very nice service. Sundays they are MAYBE closed. I might be wrong. They have the weirdest selection of beer. Place is well organized. They also carry regular beer and seltzers. Abel was welcoming and super nice. Im never going to stop going.
This is my go to alcohol store in DTLA. They have a huge selection. Its closer to my girlfriends apartment so thats a big plus too for me. Abel is the guy who I mostly do business with over here and he goes above and beyond to provide great service.
Love their collection. Will definitely be back. Staff is super nice and answered my questions about the drinks and made recommendations!
Amazing beer selection, lots of single cans and bottles as well as 4/6 packs. Fair prices for DTLA and awesome staff as well.
A cozy store with a fun selection, right by a tasty ramen shop. Finally a place to get micheladas in DTLA! Lots of different varieties, not just IPAs. Kolsch, sours, hard seltzers, kombucha and more can be found here. Also more mainstream stuff like Modelo. Definitely going back!
Great store, excellent selection...good prices.
Love this place! Good beer and great service, recommend it
They got weird beers. So its not just a clever name.
Friendly people, decent prices, and you rarely have to wait in line. Its a small business worth supporting imo.
Cool little place soooo many options of beer. Not just beer but Guayaki teas (LOVE) Fiji water, Eternal water and so on. Check out the Topo Chico fridge another fav! A quick grab n go place with alot of options.
A bit pricey, but very yummy and worth it. It really looks like the one pictured on their menu. The staff is friendly and the ambiance of the place is nice.
Theres a tip jar by the cash register, and if you pay with a card, youll be prompted to leave a tip--for someone manning a cash register. Ive never seen that before, and it feels awkward to decline to give a tip after being prompted. Also, the selection wasnt very extensive, and the beer was relatively pricey. There are other, better places to buy beer in DTLA.
Passed by at 2:35pm and it was closed. Sign said 25 minutes but is now 3:15pm and still NOTHING! I even called, no one answered and left a voicemail message. This is ridiculous! If youre going to run a business have it open during the times specified! Even the people next door say this is a constant complaint... Pathetic!
Fair variety. Fewer than much larger store, Buzz, a few blocks away. Mostly American craft beers. Some Japanese. No German that Ive ever seen. On the expensive side. Enthusiastic staff.
Great variety of beers! Good vibes environment & service🤘
Closed when i got there at 2pm. No sign of when they were coming back. Cashier came back and was a little unwelcoming. Paid $13 for a basic 6 pack. Meh.
Great selection. Awesome service. Really cool spot.
Great service, great selection. The people are nice and very friendly and give good recommendations.
Man if homer simpson and peter Griffin were real this store would be beer haven this store has IPAs i would not normally find at my local store or super market warning seeing all that good beer will make your brain overload
They have a few good beers but the selection is pretty limited.
A surprisingly wide selection for a small store.
Very small, family run, great coffee and nice selection of beer to carry out.
Nice selection and good customer service!
Tiny location, even tinier selection.
Beer, thats why I like it, anything but, Beeeeeerrrr........AAaaahhhh.
Astounding selection, but way overpriced.
Doing the Lords work.
Not open at time listed on web or on door!
