For businesses - You can rent their equipment and order coffee, beverages, snacks, paper goods etc for your office. We use their coffee brewing equipment and purchase delicious third wave coffee for our employees. They have a great selection of coffee from independent roasters across the nation.They just went through a transition in ownership and have been incredibly unorganized with us as a client. We have little confidence in our product showing up on time, being properly ordered or not being damaged upon arrival. There have been countless times where we have been charged full price for items instead of being charged our wholesale prices as well. These problems have been brought up with their accounting, ordering and sales departments and there has been little improvement over the past year. We love their products offered but the oversight and quality of service is questionable. If you take them on, be ready to double and triple check all their work because you will not receive a very reliable service but you will get great products.
