I spent the last few months trying to not cry every time I look at my back. I spent months researching and talking to artists. As a black woman I had very specific request for my tattoo artist and the MAIN one was do you know how to work with color/shading Melanated skin. Clearly This wasn’t the case. This was the large piece I wanted and hoped would be satisfied. I’m left with too dark of a piece to do anything else with and crooked art work. I’m overwhelmed and so frustrated. I spent a lot of money to now have to find someone else to fix it and pay even more money IF they’re willing. Then to add insult to injury he says it “MY SKIN” that’s the problem. Wow!

The piercer actually pierced my ear at an angle. I showed it to a different piercer who told me not only is it completely angled but also too thin of a piercing and could rip my cartilage off. On top of this he pierced it backwards? They were nice there but the quality of the piercing sucks.

I called in to see if they used Second Skin for the healing process. The woman on the phone had no idea what I was referring to. She put me on a brief hold and when she came back I heard her coworker in the back say something along the lines of “white bitch” in Spanish and laughed. Number 1 I’m Latina and 2 I’m sorry that a simple question was enough to break your professionalism. Will not be using this business.

Great place went there late at night and they took us in. I didn’t get the artist name but very happy with the results.

I just drove 30 mins to get a tattoo from ocean, I wanted 8 old English letters on my fingers. He tried to charge me 200$ per hand ! 😂 I have a lot of tattoos so I know that’s crazy. He profiled me. Choose a different shop

Not good customer service

My son got a eyebrow piercing, its a clean place and the person that did it was really nice and fast.

This shop was awesome, they where very accommodating with us being a walk-in. Edgar was great, I believe we got tattooed by manny. He was quick and did a fantastic job. We popped in while on vacation. Would definitely reccomend them.

I got my daith pierced by the one and only Roger two years ago and about a week and a half ago I got my septum pierced by the amazing Bambi!

When i showed up to the shop he wasnt there and it took him close to 2 hours until he was. and when i called him he tried to reschedule on me until i told him what HE did. then he was high when tattooing plus u can see where he messed up. i got my tattoo 6 months ago and it looks like ive had it for years. i would never recomend.
