Get over here if you want the hook up.on exotic music, entertainment, and accessories from Thailand. This is the only place in LA for this type of product and it feels like a mini cultural journey when you cannot go to Thailand. Also, check out the Thai grocer next door. I live nowhere close to Los Angels. Yet tonight was the second time Ive gone to Dokya LA Book Store.This bookstore has the greatest collection of books about philosophy and theory that Ive ever seen.

Is a little hard to find but worth the visit. is located at the back of market on left side of the parking lot. the staff is extremely polite and friendly. This is a much better choice for Thai books than waiting 4 to 6 weeks for eBay or Amazon and then wondering if you have what you want. I will always prefer human contact over computer/internet

Dokya is a famous boom store chain in Thailand. You can find Dokya through most of the big malls in Bangkok. When I found out about their location in Los Angeles, I had to check them out and I was not disappointed. You can find just about every book, magazines, CDs, and various Thai products. They are marked up a bit but this is the only place where you will find what you need. All of the products are also up to date so you wont have to wait weeks or sometimes months.

Good place to get How to Thai? books. Good selections of Thai musics, books, and gifts. It located in the Silom markets level ground parking lot. They charge for parking but if you spent $10.00 you can get validation for 1 hours.

You can find here some comics and books in Thai language, different creams for pain relief and anti flue stuff.

In Los Angeles, only this bookstore that you can find most of the books from Thailand sell here. Since internet interfered all kinds of paper book, but this store still stand up to now. Go to visit and find out how they run the business.

I have bought a few CDs and Mangas in Thai from here. Its a cute place to shop and hang out.
