For those whove had positive experiences with Sparkletts delivery service, good for you! My experience has been anything but. Scheduled deliveries dont happen and no advance notice is given. When Ive tried to reschedule Im told that there is no guarantee that the revised date will be honored. Just bad all the way around......

I LOVE Sparkletts Water! we have been a customer since 1992. My mother was a customer, when I had my own place we were a customer and I have been a customer ever since. I have loved my delivery drivers, my prompt deliveries and when I had an issue it has been resolved in a timely manner. Customer Service is great, every time I call they follow my instructions and do what they say they are going to do. Their phone and online website its easy to maneuver. I think I will be a Sparkletts water customer for life. thank you Sparkletts water.

Missed deliveries, no answer or phone system after hours. Everyone has been trained to be nice, even when canceling your account. Except it’s not nice, it’s disrespectful and aggravating with another missed delivery date and no good reason why. I lived by the factory for 24 years, and my 1st time trying them was extremely disappointing. Save your money and go anywhere else.

I am too upset right now to leave all the details of my horrible experiences with Sparkletts. I was on hold for two hours just now. I finally hung up because by then it was just after 5pm. They close at 5 so I knew that there was no longer even anyone there to answer the phone. I have had over one hour waits several times in the past few months and although the nice customer service people promised me that they would fix my lack of delivery problems, the problems only got worse. This has been the worst business experience I have ever had. I cannot even get through to cancel my service and get a refund for my deposit, so Im going to have to try to call them until I get a human being to talk to. 8/23/21: About 3 weeks ago I was finally able to cancel my service with the very nice and helpful customer service center people who all seem to be located in Florida. During my many phone conversations I gradually understood that Los Angeles and New York are the places that have experienced this horrible service, primarily because too many people have quit or retired recently and therefore there has not been enough time existing to thoroughly train the many new employees. The website is a mess: communication is contradictory and unpredictable and unprofessional. Deliveries were not timely and getting the correct number of bottles delivered was impossible.

The good reviews here are completely misleading. The service maybe used to be good but certainly not anymore. Perhaps some parts of LA enjoy some form of delivery service but not the majority. Sparkletts is constantly plagued by staff shortages and when you call to inquire on a missed delivery you have to wait more than 1 hr to get a hold of someone only to get vague apologies and no solutions. Also, their social media is useless. Apparently their customer service can only message the field supervisor and/or driver to remind them of the delivery. They always attribute any issues to a shortage of available drivers for your route. Not even an emergency delivery works. Expect to just get an apology and an encouragement to wait for the next delivery date. Please do yourself a favor and find another company or another source of potable water.

We have subscribed to Sparkletts for over 5 years. Very happy with the service and technological updates to their communication system. They send emails and call you to keep you updated on your service. They also offer the water cooler/k cup combo machine that is AWESOME!!

I have been using this company for about 6 months and the whole idea was great in the first couple months. However a month ago they missed two of my deliveries and said we will redeliver the next day after an hour waiting to talk to a cust rep. The cust rep seemed nice and said will reach out to our branch manager near where I am, pasadena ca to also waive the delivery fee. Nobody ever reached back or delivered so I had to call back to deal with the same thing. Outcome: nothing changed.Now a couple days ago they did not deliver all the items I ordered and only delivered me $8 5 gallon water and charged me a $8 delivery fee. Same thing I called nice lady picks up no outcome. I do not know if the issue is with the company or the local branch but this is terrible and I will be looking elsewhere in the future.

We’ve been a customer for about 4 years now and so far we have not encountered such horrible service until now. July 2nd we are scheduled to have our delivery. Usually we receive our delivery in morning and it’s already late in the afternoon and no delivery. I decided to call customer service and I was told that delivery was cancelled. (If I didn’t call, I wouldn’t know and it was a holiday weekend) So I was promised that they would deliver on July 6. July 6 came no delivery again, so I called, I was promised July 7 delivery. July 7 came nothing again, so I called waited almost an hour to talk to someone, again was promised for a dispatch, promised that they would call or informed me for delivery. Also emailed sparkletts and email said they would handle and fixed it. They never did, no call, no delivery nothing. So we decided to just wait for the next scheduled delivery which is July 16. Called July 16 (today) in the morning to make sure there’s going to be delivery I was assured/promised a delivery today before 5 pm and also promised a call. No delivery by 4:30 pm decided to call again, they told me it delivery was cancelled again today but confirmed tomorrow Saturday July 17 for a delivery. I am getting tired of this calling, waiting promising WORST SERVICE by far. Let’s wait again tomorrow.UPDATE: NO DELIVERY WAS MADE AGAIN TODAY.

Horrible service. Extremely long hold times. I’ve waited over 45 mins on hold to talk to someone about cancelling my service and to arrange a pickup of the empty bottles and dispenser. They finally scheduled a pickup but never came. Called back again and waited another 45 mins on hold. Still waiting for them to pick up the equipment and refund my deposit. I’m moving and will probably have to just throw it all away and I’m sure they’ll try to charge me for it. Not waiting on hold for another 45+ minutes. Btw they also regularly miss deliveries. How is it possible a business can operate like this? Do not give Sparkletts/Primo Water your business.

I started water delivery for my office as I got tired of bringing my own water bottles to the office every week. The price for delivery and the cooler rental was perfect, and I enjoy the convenience. I’ve had Sparkletts for years and I’ve never had issues. I’ve only had to replace my equipment once because the nozzle broke off. They had a new one for me the very next delivery. The water is great quality and the price is reasonable. The delivery guy is awesome! We’ve had the same one for years. Sometimes it’s a different guy and he’s really good too but he delivers a little later in the day. My water is always there for me and he listens to my requests which is really nice. I am so glad I signed up that day at Costco because it has saved me money on constantly buying water bottles and it’s better for the environment too!

Their customer service is bad They rely too much on their website and app. If you need to speak to a human they leave you on hold all day. In one day I was on hold 3 times for over 30 minutes and had to hang up. The fourth time I was on hold for 45 minutes until they closed at 5.. They missed me on my regular delivery day and I have now run out of water for the next two weeks.

Very Unprofessional !!Everytime the deliver person left the bottle waters outside my door and now i am trying scheduled a water delivery with new person and waited whole day during bussiness hour and nobody came at all!Too much hussle called them several times in one day to confirm back and forth. So unhappy since they bought my former water delivery Mountain Valley Spring. Customer service isn’t as good ( on hold forever to speak to someone ), my delivery used to be on Monday mornings 7am the water was there! Now it’s unknown when they will come or how many bottles they will have. My last delivery I was told ‘we don’t have the 4 bottles you need, I’ll leave you 2 and I have one with the wrapper off I can leave and not charge you’ I still was charged for 4 bottles and haven’t been able to get through to anyone. My previous delivery man was so great and would help me with the bottles. He’s gone once Sparkletts bought them. Sucks I’m looking die a new service.

Current driver is never here before 3:30pm. Havent seen him in almost three weeks. Whoever subbed for him, earlier in the summer, was great! Arrived by 9am, and left bottles right by the door. We had been customers for over 10 years, sadly today was the straw that broke the camels back. From 7.99 it jumped to 10.99 with no notification. So we canceled our service, when we told them why they automatically brought the covid excuse up, well what the Heck does covid has to do with the 3.00 increase I asked. No response came out, that being said we will seek another company. Btw we are a big family, we were getting 5 (5 gallons) every other week. My wifes aunt (70 years old) also cancelled her service when they refused to deliver her water upstairs, I guess they figure an old lady can tote a 5 gallon jug up a flight of stairs. Instead of a pandemic bringing the best out of some companies it does the total opposite. SAD isnt it.So Cara, so EVERYONE can see how sincere you are, is your company willing to reinstate my previous COST on your 5 gallon jug?. If so, I will email you, if not why even comment.

They didnt refund me my $42 deposit that I gave them atthe beginning of my contract.I canceled with them because they were very disorganized on water delivery and after I returnedback their empty 5gallons water they refused to pay me my $42 deposit. I have been with Sparklett for a long time. We never had problem before. However these last two months until today (Oct. 13) were very very frustrating. I didnt get water until a month which the order was for every 2 weeks for 5 bottles. Whenever we called the customer service and complained, they didnt do anything. Problem NEVER solved!!Yesterday (Oct 12), I supposed to get delivery............but no news, of course, and no water. Suddenly today I received 4 bottles, which was supposed to be 1 bottle ordered............and they didnt take my empty bottles...8-(What kind of a company is this? I have never been so disgusted with a company I am in the Eagle Rock area with a business and I have had Sparkletts for over 17 years, since I’ve gotten my new driver I have gotten nothing but charge for deliveries that have never been made I’ve also been charged 799 every time they come out for service fee which is price gouging I am supposed to be under the Costco plan and I’m tired of not getting the customer service that was promisedTo me and that I received in the beginning. I signed up for water delivery for our clinic in costco with a representative of Sparkletts company and clearly indicated about our opening hours and no one showed up the day of delivery, Called again to follow up and they apologized and said they will send the machine and bottles on the following Monday, and no show again, total waste of time. We have been using Costco’s delivery of Sparkletts for the past two years and love it for so many reasons. First, water tastes so good! Second, we haven’t had to buy bottles anymore and just use reusable bottles for the whole family. We use it for daily use, backpacking and camping trips, on the weekends we have water bottles wherever we go and we don’t have to force the kids to drink- they love the cold dispenser. Would recommend!

Due to Covid-19 I ended my lease and planned to move out of my apartment to move to michigan on July 31st. I first called at the end of June to cancel my service and have my water dispenser picked up on July 23th. July 23rd came and went with no pickup. I called them back and an agent let me know that they had notes stating I wanted to cancel but it wasnt initiated. The agent set my new pickup date as July 30th, I let them know it had to happen on this date as I was moving out of the apartment the following day. I called midday on July 30th as my equipment was not picked up and the agent assured me that my delivery man was in route to pick up the equipment, he never came. I called the following morning on July 31 and they said that the delivery man stated that he came by on July 30th and the unit wasnt outside to be picked up, this is a lie the unit was outside the door in the same location where he used to drop off new water jugs. I was home all day and he never came by. I asked if I could drive to their office in eagle rock to drop off the unit as pickup didnt work and I was leaving the city on the 31st. They let me know that wasnt an option as those offices arent staffed normally and that they would schedule a pickup for July 31st. Again I called midday because no one came and they said wait till 5:30pm then call us back. No pickup, called back and they said that since I would be moving out my options were to take the unit with me to my new residence(which is in MI, not CA so this was not possible) and have it picked up from there or leave the unit outside my apartment door and it would be picked up by EOD August 6th. I asked if I leave it outside the apartment door will I be charged for it if anything happened to it since i will not be there I was assured since I live in an apartment complex with a gated entrance it would be fine and they have recorded notes that I had called for pickup multiple times and the mistake was theirs so there wouldnt be an issue. I double checked with my leasing agency to make sure i could leave it as my lease states anythigg bf left behind will lead to forfeiting my security deposit. Thankfully my landlord understood as they have dealt with this same issue from this company multiple times (!!!). I called today, August 3rd, to make sure that pickup was scheduled for August 6th and was told I would be liable for any damage to the unit for being left outside or if the unit was stolen. I was told the opposite on July 31st. Why am I being punished for doing the right thing and calling in advance to cancel my service and following up with them? And when they cant deliver on their promises I am punished for it. The customer service is horrible and not helpful at all. I offered to drive and drop off the unit multiple times, waited for 10+ hours for 3 different pickup days and I am still dealing with this issue and the company marks it as my problem. It shouldnt be this difficult to cancel a service and meanwhile I am getting charged still for a delivery that came on July 23rd when that day was scheduled as a pickup of equipment. This company needs to do better and have better customer service.

I love my Sparkletts water delivery. Ever Since switching to Sparkletts weve eliminated about a thousand or more plastic bottles a year. Our deliveries are always on time and the convenience of being able to get piping hot water for tea or ice cold water at the touch of a button has made our life so much easier. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys thoroughly good tasting water

I have a regular service with Sparklets, I missed my delivery on April 27 due to a billing issue resolved that same morning. I spoke to Sparklets that same morning and the promised me I would get a delivery on May 8th. After not receiving the delivery I called customer service. They apologized and assured me I will be getting a delivery today May 11. After still not receiving a delivery I called customer service again to find out what is going on. I spoke to a manager who then called the Route Manager named Michael for assistance. The route manager refused to assist and said that he will not make the accommodation and I will have to wait. At this point I’m already out of water. This is 3 weeks of a missed delivery speaking to multiple people saying they will deliver and they did not. The route manager should have taken ownership of the situation and made an accommodation based on what has taken place. Sparkletts is literally less than 5 minutes away from me and you couldn’t figure something out. I will find out the person in charge of CA to make sure they know what is going on.

As I type this I am on hold to try and cancel the service. I have been on hold for 30 minutes. My cooler broke months ago. I have called them SIX times to try and get someone to come and replace it but every single time I have scheduled someone to come NO ONE shows up. It is absolutely unacceptable. Water is delicious but the customer service is ridiculous. I asked the customer service representative if they would call the branch manager and they told me We dont have their number, we can only text them through the computer. What kind of company cant call their own branches???? This is absurd and I caution anyone who is thinking about Sparkletts to run the other way.

The water is great, the service is convenient and the drivers are nice. They have some communication problems - a driver from one delivery address is great about answering me and emailing me schedules, while the driver for another location isn’t responsive and I’ve been waiting for a month for a delivery schedule from him. Their website only has a schedule a few months out, so that doesn’t help. The people on the phone say one thing and the drivers say something else, so it can be hard to figure out what’s what. Unless it’s about price, my advice is to go with what the driver says. And because I have two delivery addresses, calling is complicated because I never know which address the automated system is defaulted to focus on and there’s no option to select one. All in all though, if you have only one delivery address I’d recommend them highly, and if you have two, I’d recommend them with the additional recommendation that you plan for needing extra time to make any changes or get any information from them.

Horrible.I spent 108 minutes on hold to cancel, then they kept delivering.Another hour on hold, another confirmed cancelation.Still delivering and billing me.I finally talked to the driver and he cancelled my account.They stopped delivering, but continued to Bill me !It took me 4 months to finally get cancelled.They dont answer their phone, they dont call back.They dont cancel when they say they will.Just a horrible company.My girlfriend had a very similar experience.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.To make a long story short, I had to call in to check our statement and was told that we have been charged for nearly 2 years for monthly delivery of water jugs that we have never received. We dont even have the dispenser that would accommodate those type of jugs. In trying to get a reimbursement for the money they have charged us (and didnt inform about), I have spent over three hours and 6 phones calls, arguing with the customer service representatives and being sent to a supervisor to submit a request for reimbursement. Its been several weeks since and still no updates, and no reimbursement. Just more of a run-around. They dont call or follow up and have been beyond difficult to deal with, let alone the issue of charging us for 2 years for something that we never received. Dont waste your time or energy with these people, theyre unorganized and do not care about their customers whatsoever.

Even though they went out of their way to be in my neighborhood the time I wanted more water delivered right?3. They want me to take a day off of work so that they can pick up the equipment, which I do, BUT THEY NEVER SHOW UP!4. When I schedule again, once again they give me the same run around. They schedule it on a day I dont want but assure me that its only because thats the only way they can do it and assure me that theyll send a message to the delivery manager to call me to verify that theyll actually pick it up on the day I need them to. And guess what, THE MANAGER NEVER CALLS ME! Surprise surprise!5. Then their automated system calls me to tell me theyre gonns service my account tomorrow and deliver more water AFTER THEYVE ASSURED ME THAT THE ACCOUNTS CLOSED!!! Because I guaranteed him that they would not show up. He refused to give me an employee number, direct line or any way to reach him directly. Claimed there was nobody else in the entire building higher than him that I could speak to. Basically just wanted me to take his word that this time the issue would finally be resolved. So alas, the saga continues. Ill be here on Friday to update and I can guarantee I wont have good news. GUARANTEE IT!

Worst customer service Ive ever seen in my entire life. Ive been trying to cancel their services for 3 weeks now with no success. They keep postponing the pick up date (for the water dispenser) to the next day or next week. Ive called them FOUR times trying to get them to come pick up their stuff. I asked for their address for me to go there drop it off and they told me they couldnt tell me their address. I have no idea how this company still has any business at all.

Personally Im not one of their customers and I will never be after what happened today, one of their drivers in truck #35 plate ending in V1 was constantly rushing me at stop light and making hand gestures in a very unrespectful way, in my my opinion they should be much more people friendly I cant imagine how they deal with their customers, I would never use their services and to think that a few days back I was looking into their website because I wanted to change my water delivery company, i would much rather pay a bit more for good courteous service....

This is my first negative rating or lowest rating on any product i have used. Honestly I dont want to post a negative review but others will be alerted with my review.I would have seen all below reviews before placing order. At least I will alert my friends and family members to stay away from this water service.Ive been contacted by a Collections Bureau Agency:RE: DS Services OF AMERICA INCAccount # 7442658Water Bottles Total: $89.76Collection Charges: 16.16Interest: $ 8.26Total: $114.18My spouse saw Sparkletts water service in my apartment community and requested for few water bottles so that we can try the taste of water. For new customers, there was a signup Bonus of $50 OFF we thought we will give a try. In case if we like we will continue water service but due to poor Sparkletts customer service, we have cancelled water service.I have placed an order with $50 OFF sign up bonus, the initial invoice showed as $36.25 after applying $50 OFF but my first invoice was generated with $85.77. I have reached Sparkletts customer service several times through emails but $50 OFF signup was never adjusted. Even in 2nd invoice, $50 OFF sign up bonus was not adjusted. I have invoices and all emails communications.On 12/26/2017 I have cancelled Sparkletts service but still, they didnt pickup Hot and Cold Cooler until next billing cycle start date and charged me again $3.99 in the 2nd invoice and didnt adjusted $50 OFF sign up bonus over there.Before cancelling the account I have followed up several times regarding the $50 OFF Signup bonus but it was never credited. After cancelling my account, the account itself is inactive and later on they applied $50 OFF for documentation purpose and even I dont have access to my account as it is auto deactivated and didnt received any email communication.Im not saying I wont pay bills. Since it is a mistake from your end.Total bill: $89.76 ( Please apply $50 OFF signup Bonus as promised) = $ 39.76 and remove collections on my account. I will pay $39.76, as I dont want you guys are in loss due to me. I will pay off $39.76.Sparkletts need to improve customer service. Customer confidence builds a company on strong pillars. I see all reviews are @ 1 star.Suggestion: Sparkletts should love customers so that we also give you love in terms of more business.Feel free to reach me I have all documents regarding these transactions. As per process, I have followed up with Sparkletts to resolve the issue before posting a review here. I was a Sparkletts water man from Jan 99 to March 2001. I wish I would never have left to move back to my old job in the Monterey Peninsula. I was Foreman for a produce company but had a severe pedestrian/motor vehicle accident 6 months after returning resulting in a traumatic brain injury. Im now trying to find work again. To think that this wouldnt have occurred if I never left Sparkletts.A good route man knows to take care of his customers, after all, theyre his paycheck. Sorry to read some of the complaints. I was never like that, always had time to make time for my customers, even if it meant driving clear across town for a service call. The majority of my fellow route men were the same. I miss working with those guys: the morning route room, morning truck inventory with a line of green Sparkletts trucks waiting to get checked out, the freezing days but still wearing company shorts with the navy blue company jacket, getting out on route, carrying a bottle up to a customers porch or back door, sometimes invited in to put up a fresh bottle on the cooler. Best job I ever had. About five years ago I took a Fiction Writing class at Monterey Peninsula College. One assignment was to write a 5 to 10 page short story. Mine was 17 pages! it was about a water mans story and based on my experiences at Sparkletts. It turned out to be the best short story out of anyone in my class, and the best critiqued story and story line. I still need to do some rewriting and submit it for publication and yes, I based a lot of my characters on the personas of the guys I worked with. If any Sparkletts Route Men see this, value every day what you have, and always treat your customers with the utmost respect. Remember; theyre your paycheck. I wish I never had left. I loved that job and the crew I worked with.

3 stars because I dont know that much about the place other than it is the site of a sparkletts bottling facility and that its built around a natural aquifer. They also hold tours call for info
