I like the idea of having a store so close. And this is another time I drive here and they are closed. Hours state on door 10:00, so here I am and lights are off and gates are up. They need to be consistent with their hours. Post hours they are willing to adhere to. My time is valuable too. So here I am deciding to wait until someone decides to show up or take my business elsewhere thats more reliable. Im all for supporting my local stores but getting tired of this. Not my first time experiencing this here.

Im a new customer at Water Village and just purchased a ceramic canteen with a birch stand. I love the way it looks in my kitchen! I also got one of their BPA-Free 5 gallon jugs filled with their reverse osmosis water (only 30 cents/gallon) and it tastes great. Im so glad I didnt end up investing $400 on a Berkey Water filter on Amazon and chose to shop at Water Village instead. Its truly a great new water setup to have in my house and I genuinely encourage you to shop at this friendly and helpful local business.

Jose is so lovely and helpful!! They have been working so hard during the pandemic to ensure everyone is able to get their water safely. Their alkaline water is delicious and so reasonably priced. So lucky to have Water Village in our neighborhood.

Fantastic Water- Great Service!This store is super clean and well maintained, with several types of high tech water cleaning machines and every type of water container you could ask for. You can get your containers refilled, and they even deliver for a minimal fee. The prices are reasonable, well worth amazing clean water! I especially love the Alcaline Water that has added minerals. Its family run and they are super friendly and operate with a good team.

We come from Alhambra for refills.REVISED EDIT: I wasnt too sure of the taste when I got home because Ive tasted alkaline water before. So I bought a 100 pack of pH Tester Strips from Amazon for $5.50 delivered. Water tested at 5 pH, tested it like 3 times to be sure. Jose told me the pH was 9-10 (what it should be for $1.50 a gallon). What a scam, I can get the same water for $0.30 a gallon).He didnt made a mistake either, he poured it from the faucet labeled Alkaline. Tested other liquids with the strips and they were accurate measuring vinegar at 2-3 pH which is pretty spot on.All the reviews are positive because they give you a $0.25 a gallon discount on the spot if you create a review. Nobody tested the water, I suggest you guys you test it before you buy it. A digital tester is like $15, but these paper strips are a 100 for $5.50.

Wonderful!! They have everything you need for fresh, clean drinking water at home. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great. I am so happy that I’m not paying a ton of money for the bottle water delivery. Water village is a much better choice.

Best place to get your water. Came here as I was working in the area. Its clean, the pH in the water is right on point. Water tastes great. I live in Duarte and have now made it my spot to get water from due to the service and quality of their water!

The couple that owns this place are the nicest, most helpful people ever! They are both always so friendly when I come in and I look forward to seeing them every week! So thankful to have them in our neighborhood.

Came in to check out water bottles and everything is very reasonably priced. The owner was there and he is super nice. We bought a water bottle and they filled it for us free of charge. This place is great and their Alkaline water is fantastic!

Super nice family runs this spot. Has literally all your water needs. BPA free plastic jugs galore. Alkaline. Reverse osmosis. Water bottles. And a bunch of other random stuff too (need a wallet?). Very helpful.

I buy the alkaline water from here. I was a customer when they were in Atwater Village and followed them to their new location. The water taste great and the price for the Alkaline water is good. I was in shock when I paid $2.75 a gallon near my house. I drive from the San Gabriel Valley to fill my water jugs here. Their service is great and theyre super nice.
