I was considering buying a car and was able to get a pre-purchase inspection done here. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and finished the inspection faster than I had expected. It really gave me peace of mind before committing to buying the car. Great prices and honest service.
As always, service Dept got me in & out in good time. But today, I was late getting out due to the fact that my wife came with me and left with her 3rd Mustang from this dealership. Great sales staff 👍
Left the car 3qt low, and was told the vibration was a motor mount....silly
There is nothing quick about this place! I spent more than 2 hours waiting for them to fix a nail in my tire. When I called before I came in, they said there was no wait and it should only take a few minutes. My car sat in the driveway for nearly 2 hours while all the other cars that came in behind me got serviced. They even gave me a hard time for bringing a non-Ford car but they didnt say anything about that on the phone, and their website doesnt say Fords only. I asked what the delay was after the first hour and they said Ford cars takes priority. Im guessing this is because they are right next door to Sunrise Ford. I explained to them that I was told on the phone there would be no wait, and the second excuse I got was Its almost lunch time, thats why its taking a long time. I got there at 11am so they had an hour to do it before they all went to lunch. Then they tried to upcharge me for a new tire and it took them forever to finally get my invoice so I could pay. They made me several hours late for work, and I will never take my care to Quick Lane again!
Dropped my car off at 1:00pm for an oil change, everyone was really nice and friendly to me. I asked how long the service would take and I was told it would be at the latest a couple hours and they would call me when theyre done. I ended up calling them myself at 4:30pm they said that there were still 4 cars ahead of me and theyre going to try and get it done by 7:00pm. Oil changes dont take 6 hrs, Im heading back now to cancel the service and go somewhere else.Very friendly employees but I didnt come in to make friends, I came in to get an oil change.
You can tell when someone loves their job. Shane went above and beyond, today.Advice from someone who knows: The way to get rid of the hard water spots is 2 pay extra when you get a detail by asking for a clay bar detail.Oil change, no charge with my pre paid service plan. AND got a free wash.Worked on my laptop with the free WiFi. Big unisex restroom, and drink machine available.
I dont frequently post negative reviews, however after the third time Ive been delayed in this place Ive finally reached the conclusion I will never visit this place again, nor could I ever recommend you go here for service. While Shane is a competent and lovely tech, the front desk staff is a nightmare of delays and misinformation.
5 star only because of Diego and his quick helpfulness!

Nothing quick about this place, bad service and bad labor !!nobody at this place know nothing . Calling over the phone to Mack oil change appointment and girl over the phone is rude and can’t Mack appointment since she don’t know if they can do it . I’m totally unhappy and never going there again I TOTALY recommend for people do not go and waste time with quick lane !!!!
Every time I would bring my car for service always hit something and ends up in the body shop!!!
