I just went a week ago to get my dress for my 16, AND I FELL IN LOVE!! They’re super nice and help you out to look for designs and colors that match with your dress, they’re cheap in price but very good quality of dress. They let you switch your doll for a bear if you want FOR FREE! In other stores they charge like $40 so I RECOMMEND going here especially because they have SO MANY DESIGNS!!! I love my dress and love the store!!♥️

It’s the best place to find dress. The employees give you attention and help to look for best for your event. There a/c and seats and big stage and mirror to look at your self. They will try there best to negotiate with you for your budget. The best princess experience I had to find my wedding dress. Employees are the best. Wonderful customer. Way better than the ones around.

Cyndy, the owner is so mean and is just terrible. She only let me try on 2 dressesmaximum. I still bought a dress but i had to wait 6+ weeks for it. & is was a completely different dress from what i tried on and ordered. They wouldnt give me my money back or a discount. They said to come back tomorrow. I was sooooo upset. DO NOT GO HERE.

Worst place to shop, very dirty store, the manager is never to be found, and shes rude and doesnt care about her customers! I drove all the way from new port to pick up my bridesmaid dress because I got a message stating that the dresses was ready and a week when I arrived the girl that works there tells me that they THINK they sold the dress and will let her manager know and see if she would give some type of discount, a few days later they tell me they were NOT going to give any discount for the drive there and the time wasted I was so mad and frustrated, prior to that a few days later I arrive with my other bridesmaid to pick up her dress and again I will inform u my bridesmaids dont live close to down town to be driving and wasting time, as we arrived to pick up the dress the girl brings the dress from the back room and while she opens it up a BIG roach falls out of there! The girl claims to say the dress was back there for over a month now??? When I get a message a week ago that my dresses had came in! I wanted to speak with the manager and she was out on vacation and will be reaching back when she arrives on a tuesday . I get a message about our last visit and it wasnt from the manager apologizing, the girl that works there informed me the roach came from the manufacture and the manager was not going to give any discount, I took photos of the roaches that were all over the store dead and crawling! You can not tell me the roaches came from the manufacture as well. posted photos of the roaches! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE, THIS PLACE CANT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THERE WRONG DOING

The worst store and customer service ever, the employee charged me $ 30.00 for next day delivery. I got the dress four days after. When I complained, they told me was the post office fault I should complaint to them. I have to gave 1 start if not I can post my review
