Worst store ever for customer service! I’ve lived around the corner and have shopped at this store for years out of convenience and because of the quality of the merchandise, but the people who work there have zero training or ability to look after the customers. All four associates in the deli working on making sandwiches while the line stands still for cold cuts and salads. Cashiers are talking to baggers and not paying attention to what they’re doing and so you go without being taken care of at the register. Management needs to get a grip!

Staff here are friendly but seem to have a limited knowledge of promotions/coupon deals. I asked a lady about the BOGO offer on their site for eggs and she had no idea about what I was talking about and then disappeared upstairs with no answer for me. The manager on duty would not give me the special since the email I showed them about the offer had no code. The email also made no mention to bring in a coupon either which I don’t have. Seems like they could honor it given that I’m a long time customer their multiple times a day. Makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Its too expensive to buy groceries at Bristol for me. I will say, however, that they do offer the most exquisite and superbly freshest choice vegetables on the market. I would only recommend shopping for groceries at Bristol farms if I was a guy who wanted to check out the hot chicks. Because the one Ive been to, on occasion, always has sexy a$$ women at it. All kinds; petite, milf, Asian, there are even some that are looking for someone to help them train there gag reflexes away.

It’s not that the food isn’t great. I don’t even mind the hight prices. But my issue is that this store is poorly managed. Piss poor. There isn’t a night I’ve been here where the lines at the cash registers aren’t 7-8 people deep. Why are they this deep? Because they only have 1-2 registers open. I live down the street so I’m here a lot. It’s not like I caught them on a “bad night.” This is EVERY night. The manager of this store needs to see the patterns here and take note. Again I don’t mind the higher prices, but if you’re going to charge that much spend the money to staff your store properly. My kid could staff this better than the management at this store. In fact, my 11 year old repeatedly asks me, “why don’t they have more people working here at the times when they know they have the most customers?” I don’t know honey. Probably because the manager is a moron.

My problem is they make the best Pulled pork Sandwiches in Westwood area and I am destined to suffer in the deli line. In fact if you want something from the Deli, be prepare to wait 15min (that is after it is your turn). The attendants are slow and it takes a long time to get service. Unfortunately it is not that much better at the checkout. They do have a good salad bar and an even better hot food bar. $$$

High end grocers with the best there is to consume for a healthy lifestyle (if you can afford it). Its definitely a treat I splurge on from time to time or on a random Payday as its truly out of budget for my family. But you can expect a splendid variety in their deli both hot/cold foods, or down their aisles of consumer goods. The juicery is yum! A shot of lemon-ginger is great to boost anyone. Though it seems like their employees (at juice bar) take it to heart about working at their pay rate, thats by the hour :( not very convenient when you have a short lunch break. Other than that and the price, Id make Bristol Farms my one stop shop grocer.

Whatdya MEAN $6.79 for a pint of Ben and Jerrys?? Ok, so if you wanna pay approximately 25% more for the same groceries you can buy at Ralphs THIS is the store for you! Loaf of bread? organic? 7 bucks? Bargain. Sold. Lb of fuji apples? $3.50? IN. SOLD. Oh, also, are you in the market for SNOOTY, ENTITLED, sh*thead fellow shoppers? Would you love to have some SCHMOHAWK casually walk behind your car while munching on a pomegranate right when youre backing up and then glare down his rhinoplastied nose at you? Care for a mega-cramped parking lot? THIS Bristol Farms has it all! The ONLY reason I shop here is cuz BF hooks it up with a weekly 2 for 1 and theyre GOOD deals. Last week I snagged a BOGO ribeye steak and MAN were they tasty! Thanks for packaging the nearly impossible dichotomy of great deals and condescension, Bristol Farms!

During one of my many weekly trips to Bristol Farm as usual the parking lot was a complete disaster. When I requested from Moises one of the staff members who was moving some boxes into the store, he curtly explained to me the guard I was accustomed to see in the lot was in fact not for the parking lot, + it was not his job to find him. When I finally parked and went into the store he was bragging to one of his coworkers about the incident and how he told me off. When i confronted him with the so called manager, he was just as rude. The manager whose name I think is Anthony took a drink from behind the counter and completely ignored me. Further when I called corporate and left a message for Mike Meduno the area manager, I never received the courtesy of a return call. No problem, for our Three - Four hundred a week my wife and I spend at Bristol Farms Westwood, our local Whole Foods is just as convenient and and has a much better choice, with beleive it or not much better pricing. Furthermore as a Pescatarian I have been requesting some better options at the hot food bar for over one year onto deaf years.
