I reached out to Los Angeles camera rentals to rent fog machines for a non profit event. I had to call them numerous times just for someone to answer a question about what type of liquid was used in the fog machines.I am not a fog machine expert nor have I ever rented one. They gave me no instructions on how the machine was run.To my surprise at the event, I find out that all three machines need to be manually pushed for the fog affect.It would have been helpful to know this information ahead of time. This is why they are the experts in the field. None of the machines were used at the event and the company is now out $225.Please inform your customers how these machines work, so they know that they will need extra people to just man the fog machines. It was a waste of money, time to have to continually contact you for information and I don’t want the same thing to happen to someone else.

This is the only place I go! One of the best friendly staffs in Hollywood! Great prices and a lot to choose from, independent business that has everything thing you need, if he doesn’t have it he most likely will go get it! Highly recommended.

This was my first rental house in LA after being in NYC for six years. The process was very smooth, lots of communication, and my order was treated with care even though it was a tiny order and I had to keep modifying it because of a client. Will gladly return the next time I need a rental!

I was having lens issues on location at a very important shoot. I went straight to Google and found these guys! Maybe an hour later, I had the lens I needed at location. Super easy, very flexible, and great prices!!!

I was looking for a camera rental store in or close to Beverly Hills for a last minute rental for some lights but it was a Sunday morning and they were all closed. I found this place that was pretty close to Beverly Hills and it was open on a Sunday. They have a pretty good selection of lights and at a good price. Definitely recommend them.

I have been renting from Federico for 4 years or so now. Best rental in town no stress and he will go out of his way to help. I was recently stranded after my car broke down out in Hesperia and he came out to recover me and help by calling his AAA guy to tow the car. He is a solid man and offers the best rental deal in town. Period.

Los Angeles Camera Rentals is a great place to rent camera equipment. Like the other reviewer said, prices are affordable. Cheaper than any other place ive seen so far.
