The care and attention to detail here goes beyond their product and its unique quality, it is also in their superior customer service. If the saying “you get what you pay for” is true, well… than we could pay a little more!

Ive shopped at many DIPTYQUE boutiques around the world and this one might be my favourite.Both David & Isabel are extremely helpful/patient . Let them help you find a scent & you wont be disappointed.

I purchased one 100ml and one solid perfume, and there was a technical problem with their card machine. I didnt mind to wait because I had time. Sales rep rebooted machine and I was trying to use my apple pay and she was like can you insert your card, she doesnt want another technical issue. Excuse you? its not my fault that your card machine is not working. She is trying to blame me for technical issue. I know youre overwhelmed with conference and sales but you shouldnt blame customer for your technical issue

I’ve been shopping with Kathleen for the last few years. She is the sweetest and most sensible sales I’ve ever met. I really recommend her. I will walk out of the store if she’s off!The reason why I’m suggesting that you walk out is because the other sales lady is very pushy and over bearing. It’s so difficult to put in words how this other sales rep makes me uncomfortable. Example: I’m simply paying and waiting for my card in the machine to finish processing for an exchange because I changed my mind before I walked out of the store. This lady starts drilling Kathleen when she’s helping me about the charges on the screen. I felt very uncomfortable and just wanted to leave that store at that moment. I think it is very unprofessional to drill an employee when they’re with a customer. I don’t recommend anyone else but Kathleen!

Isabel is the best shop clerk ever! I’ve bought many beautiful products from this boutique on Larchmont. I know can buy Dyptique products at othe locations or on eEbay, but I love the in shop service so much, I shop here only. Isabe, thank for everything.

I bought two fragrant handcreams. They found out what was for a present and wrapped them up nicely. They brought me a small sample while I was waiting. They provided the best service. I hope they do well and leave it like this :)

If only I could afford all the candles Id be burning them in my private jet on my way to Italy but until then, the gals gave me not attitude I could only afford one. Foo Foo but nice to normal people... Cheers!

I love diptyque’s signature scent mimosa and wanted to explore other scents as well. They carry candles as well as skincare. Sales Associate Thea gave me a personal tutorial of the whole skincare line. She is amazing. Love almond hand lotion and oils and sprays, They all smell amazing!

If you are looking for a fragrance for man or woman, this is the spot. They have so many different types that theres gotta be something for everyone. I used to wear creed but no need when they have the same quality for half the price.

The woman working was very helpful in helping me pick a candle similar to the Amber scent that I love. She was so nice and made me feel like a valued customer. I wish i wouldve gotten her name so that I could call the store manager and brag on the associates customer service. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great candle experience!

My favorite perfume. Wonderful staff. I only shop here for my luxuriously personal fragrance wants and needs.

Staff is rude to certain customers who dont fit the profile of someone with money to spend. Little did they know that I went in to buy over 10 candles for gifts. Lost my business and I will not be returning.

Please ask for David he’s so helpful and knowledgeable in fragrances.And makes great recommendations with beautiful stories weather his own or the owners to immerse yourself in it. Can’t wait to go back!
