Purchased through Amazon, Recieved the wrong item Ive attached photos of what I got. Looks like a repackage of an older model. I orders the newest version v.6 and looks like I was shipped the older model. V.4 or 5. The new model has 8 holes and laser etched on the magnet, what I got just had 4 holes and no markings. Thier customer service is horrible. They are making sundown look bad. Sent everything back and they refuse to refund me.

I’ve been a car guy going on 30+ years. Tony is a great guy who knows his stuff. Make sure for those that come to the do some research on what needed. I’ve seen the bad reviews and have not experienced what they’ve have. All I can say is talk to Tony and he will make sure you get what’s needed.
I ordered a product that they said was in stock. 6 days later, I noticed no tracking info & it never arrived. They did not offer any type of rebate or quicker shipping due to thier mistake. I was also a repeat customer.

Recently I purchased a Sundown Audio SFB-3000D. October 9th and got it October 11th. Super fast delivery even with a pandemic going on. I have to say now I know why the hype is real on this little amplifier. Puts out more power than advertized. Beating the hell outta my Orion Xtr 15 subwoofer in a ported box. Keep them gains down and still pounding like a championship fight!!! Ive never seen my woofer so damage like this till I got this amplifier. Wired down to 1ohm stable. Once the amplifier starts to warm up a bit the Internal fan kicks in and keeps the amplifier almost cool to the touch. Ran it for about 30 minutes and it never got hot at full blast.Customer service was on point when I asked all the questions that needed to be answered. Never did Tony hesitate to answer anything like a pro. Very knowledgeable. Woofers etc has my business. I highly recommend this amplifier or any of the products they sell. If they dont have it on there website just ask. The best part is they are local to Los Angeles a short drive away( Appointment) to pick up your items. They are ready for your noob questions or for simple advice.
I purchased an item on August 2 thru EBay, which stated my item was guaranteed delivery by August 6th. The item was being shipped with FedEx by WoofersEtc., I was emailed my tracking info for my item on August 3, but now my item was being shipped thru US Postal instead of FedEx., even tho to this day it’s still showing FedEx.My tracking info thru US Postal showed my item was accepted with the postal service, but is showing pending from the 3rd to the 9th of August with no movement. So the “Guaranteed” delivery by August 6, has come and gone and still no item. As of August 10, my item updated with an expected delivery date of August 13. My item is still in LA and has not moved.I live an hour and 15 min from WoofersEtc., had I known it would take 11 days for an item to go an hour and 15 min, I would have driven to get the item myself. I get it that we are in a Pandemic, but I’ve ordered items on August 5-7 that has been delivered coming from Florida, Kentucky and yet I’m still waiting for an item that’s 75 mins away.This is RIDICULOUS!! I will repost once and whenever I get my item.
I understand theres a pandemic and that delivery service can have delays, but thats not the case here. I paid for four 5.25 subs, ordered July 9th with 2 day priority shipping for an extra $20. It is now going to be the 15th of July and I still have no products. The tracking number they sent says that a label was created on the 10th but thats it; the products have YET to even be dropped off at a post office! I emailed them and called them. On the call I was told that they had issues with the postal service they were using and that they would push my order thru today which would give me a new tracking number.That was at 12 noon today and then I get an email response after they close for the day saying that the original tracking number provided will show tracking info in another 24-48 hours.. Nope! Not waiting another single moment. PayPal gonna have my refund promptly. I live in Vegas and could have literally driven to get them had I even known they were there in LA. Ill update if anything changes but wont likely.
These gentleman are the personification of 5 star service. I made a JL Audio subwoofer purchase on the 4th of July (Sat night). Less than 48hrs later, Tony reached out to me and offered to adjust my purchase & allow me to pickup from the physical warehouse rather than have to incur additional shipping charges ($75). I showed up to their warehouse 15min later and they had the subwoofer ready for me. They also allowed me to purchase a 4 channel JL Audio amp on the spot as well.Tony & another associate recognized that I would also need wiring and gifted me with wiring that may have cost in excess of ($100). They even recommended a local audio installation shop in the area. I was so impressed with the service that I received today at Woofers ETC that i will ONLY do business with them when it comes to electronics or audio accessories. With the pandemic still in effect the items I purchased today at Woofers ETC are scarce and hard to find anywhere. Their inventory is vast and they have the best products on the market in So Cal. Trust me.

They were very helpful at spending the time on the phone with me for getting the biggest bang-for-the-buck on equipment and what Id like, and what type of music I listen to. I didnt want a boom-box in my car, I wanted a very good sounding, clear, audiophile level system. I did have a problem with an amp after installation and they repaired it to my satisfaction. I have had this equipment in my Corolla for ten years now with no trouble. Spent about $800 for a system the car manufactures could never come close to.

My husband bought an amp from the Woofers ETC through Amazon. I must say its been the worst experience weve had. The customer service is lacking! They refuse to give us a refund for an amp that was not the right size! Literally opened the box, realized it was the wrong size, and payed to ship it back. they will not refund the item. Ive never had any issues ordering through Amazon so this is a first. This company should NOT be allowed to sell on Amazon, as their return policy is absolutely ridiculous.
Ordered an item of eBay. says paid on Ebay, PayPal AND the receipt the company Emailed to me. I Emailed them since its been 3 weeks and still no item. What did they Email back? That i did NOT pay for the item. Strange, since PayPal, my credit card, eBay AND the receipt they Emailed me all say PAID. SHADY company. dont use them.

Sold me faulty amplifier and subs that start smoking within an hour of playing. I had check everything battery, ground all wires, all wired to 2ohm the way it suppose to be never worked. They never called me back about returning.

I have not seen this type of return policy since mid 90s. Purchased amp through Amazon, received defective amp, returned back in new condition unused. Needless to say, amp wasnt out of the box for longer than 1 hr.Amp was returned back and tested with no issues found. Seller contunies to pursuade to withdraw amazon claim to give more time to investigate. I will not do that, as amazon gurantess money back. Then the best part, after leaving negative review on amazon, seller refunded 50% of the original price stating that item returned was in used condition, and i wanted the rest of my money I needed to work with them (whatever that means, assuming withdraw negative feedback).I was appauled to see that note, this is unprofessional and I believe called black mail. It is also a lie. I havent experinced this mode of opeartion since the 90s, so buyers beware.30 days later, still waiting on rest of my refund. I made a suggestion to Woofers ETC not to sell on Amazon if they cant adhere to amazons generous return policy, as was stated to me by one of their representatives.I dont expect this place staying in business for long with this type of consumer treatment!
Question,Why have I not received my refund as of yet?The stereo arrived to your place of business on the 20th according to usps.Honestly the customer service is lacking badly.This has been a very bad online shopping experience for me.I have delt with vm and others and never have been dragged along or made to feel my business was or is appreciated in such a manner.I dont know who owns or manage this company .But I will make efforts to contact them to make them aware of the service and my unhappiness of this hold manner and how its being handled.- avandori
