On a recommendation, took a wool (non-oriental) area rug in for cleaning. It had never been cleaned since purchase (more than a decade ago). Results were perfection!! Even some sun bleaching seems to have disappeared. Took 2 weeks, but well worth the wait. Highly recommended. Magnificent collection of oriental rugs for sale, too. But definitely high end (6 and 7 $$ figure depending on size, etc.)
Excellent rugs, great quality, fantastic customer service. All around wonderful experience. Jhonathon even let us take a couple rugs home, try them out and decide which one is best! When we need more rugs, I wont hesitate to return!
