Beautiful shop and service

While my wife and I were in Los Angeles for a mini vacation for our anniversary, we stopped by Couture shop for these beautiful dresses. But we saw was beyond imagination. Gorgeous dresses, very reasonable prices, excellent service, very friendly staff especially lily. She was extremely nice, knowledgeable, experienced in the business, and very accommodating to my wife’s special requests.

Truly the best dresses in the area.. very couture and the shop is very clean and nice.. a big variety of styles and also have plus sizes .. the ladies are super nice and helpful.. reallly recommend you have to visit if u have a special occasion 😍😍❤️

I called the same day and was given great customer service. I asked which dresses would fit my body type. I was given 3 dresses in a reasonable price range. They all for my body type! It was hard to decide between the three. My friends came to the rescue! I highly recommend this boutique if you want great quality dresses and good customer service!

Return Item, received RA numberRA#720516Spoke to saleswomen Juliana, she was suppose to get back to me about refund of 512 minus shipping. After calling several times with no response, she said she had to speak to owner, I ask several times to speak to owner myself, but was given run around. Finally after weeks of calling, was told only getting store credit, not refund.There is a couple issues with this, Dress was different then descriptionDress was never worn or even tried onthe back was completely open, there were no pictures of thisthey took the dress as a return, no refund, then resold it as newSo basically the double dip on the same dressI tried to speak to the owner several times, with no response or even call back, have no interest in doing business with this company anymore.

Stunning gowns!!Just received my MNM dress and I am amazed!It looks even better in real life!!!Was sceptical about purchasing a dress online especially when I live overseas, as its a huge risk, but the staff are very friendly,especially Claudia!She is an absolute gem!!She went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the colour and sizing by communicating through emails and videocalls numerous times.A huge thank you to Claudia for such an enjoyable experience. Not sure if she is the manager there,but she should definitely be promoted. Highly recommended buying more dresses from this store for sure.

Great & Friendly shopping environment employees are helpful and very knowledgable of products they have in store and latest fashion trends. I Did a 4 month un-paid internship for them from July to October and had a great experience. Purchase a dress online, the dress backing was too exposed, there were no pictures of back, returned item, never was worn, Spoke to Juliana about return; was given run around. Ask several times to speak with owner, still again, given run around. Im 100% sure they took my money & then resold the dress as new.

Came in here today to buy a wedding dress the lady was unhelpful and very Sassy found a dress in the clearance rack that said 100.00 when I confirm the price with the lady she was like its 500.00 give me a break and stop making prices up. Place is way over priced for the area.
