This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a tailor. She was rude, didn’t listen to any questions or concerns I had, and left the job unfinished upon returning the garment. The alterations she did make were also unsuitable as she didn’t measure at all when I was there. I was basically in and out in 5 minutes without any help for a scheduled 30-minute consultation. They also do not allow Nordstrom alteration credit with clothes bought somewhere else even though they confirmed that was fine when I initially called.

Everyone is so nice here. Best time to go is during the week

This is not a typical Nordstrom store or even the Rack. Rather this is a service store for online pick up and alterations.

Alteration is ridiculously expensive here. Alteration costs more than the price of the dress. I paid $80 to shorten a dress that costed me $40 (due to Nordstrom alteration credit). I went to pick up the dress, but it was still a bit too long. The tailor said “we had an agreement on the length the first time, I have to charge you again for shortening.” This was NEVER discussed the first time. I was never told shortening again would cost me again. If it’s the case, I think Nordstrom should have this statement listed to let your customers know. Trying it on after alteration is probably irrelevant, because THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AGAIN if you notice something is off. Oh, my dress was stained. I didn’t bother to mention it to the tailor.Also, be aware that the price varies drastically in different Nordstrom locations for the exact same dress alteration. This place charges $40 more than Santa Anita Nordstrom.I decided to give two stars. The tailor’s work is acceptable, but I won’t come back to alteration again.

Quick and kind service but parking in the structure to get here is a huge hassle and so expensive $$$.

I ABHOR driving.Having a Nordstrom Local in DTLA means I dont have to drive for order pickup and returns anymore. And that makes me THE HAPPIEST PERSON IN THE WORLD.Ive been here half a dozen times, and every time I was promptly and graciously helped by the folks working here. Thanks and keep up the good work!

The girls refused to give a receipt of a return and refused to call the manager. They just wanted to take packages. Thieves.

Quality of tailoring was good but inefficient and pants were returned to me stained. Staff was quite rude, not a pleasant experience. If you want good tailoring and also have two + weeks and don’t care how your clothes are handled highly recommend.

Add me to the happy customers mix, I buy everything online and this store concept is great. Fantastic staff. Btw, tailoring is exceptional, my suits finally fit the way they should. It took one week from fitting to getting the txt that they were ready. Very very pleased.

Complete waste of my time.. why dont you accept returns for Nordstrom Rack and Hautelook? Its the year 2020..be convenient for the customer... not inconvenient..its def not listed that you dont accept those returns either!

I asked for a button to be sewed, tailor ask me to wait 7 days. -10 rating Ill give if I would. You should seen the way he said it with confidence, so damn rude.Went to Richards tailor shop, got it done in 20 seconds, staff was very nice,good and didnt charge.

Been to Angel twice now for a haircut and hes done an awesome job! Very attentive in making sure you get the cut youre looking for! I recommend him highly!

This place is pretty cool the prices are good especially for the quality of floating they have were talking about a pair of Calvin Klein jeans that would normally sell for $200 is only $50 $60 here. They also have name brands watches sunglasses colognes shoes especially theres a lot of shoes. My only problem is this walking in youre instantly going to be judged or characterized and if the security guard or loss prevention staff think you look at a certain way there you will be followed around the entire store whether you came there to spend a lot of money or not they dont care they instantly put put a prejudgment on you and will embarrass you in front of the rest of the customers
