I was told an item was available at this store. I received an email telling me that. I made countless expensive international calls to this location looking to buy it. They were anything but helpful and handled my request like a joke. Vivian Tch, do better!If the item wasnt available anymore, I would have appreciated the courtesy of letting me know. I am yet to receive a reply from you.

Ive been shopping at Polo Ralph Lauren for years! I was really bummed they closed the store on Robertson as they sold a whole slew of RRL and Blue Label and Black Label. The store on Rodeo Drive is way fancy - mostly Purple Label. The store in the Beverly Center is a very welcome addition and am glad its here in the mall!!!
